Georg welcomed us very well to his home, with very good tips to make the most of the place. The view from the accommodation is incredible, and the place is really quiet and peaceful — perfect for resting. The accommodation was very clean, and we really appreciated the little attention of the cake on our departure, thank you again! Small point to note: access is via winding roads, so it is better to arrive by day. Thanks a lot for a great stay!

I can only agree with the superlatives: If you like to move away from the hustle and bustle, look for a quiet place in fantastic surroundings and have a car available, Barbara is in the right place. The apartment is perfectly equipped - there are also the small things that are often missing in apartments, the rooms are very well maintained and lovingly equipped without looking overloaded. The view from the bed, from the living room and even from the bathroom is as painted. Barbara is a connoisseur of the island, happy to answer our questions and was extremely helpful. We will miss this beautiful place.

The house is very nice and has an amazing top view. It has everything you need to feel at home, even if you need some maintenance. The instructions to get there are not very precise: arriving from the east (Matala) Google map took us elsewhere and later, following the link sent to us by the host via message we ended up in a narrow street, with large cracks and partly collapsed and in certain sections we were cloaked. Thanks to heaven, we didn't arrive at night and we were able to get out. the beach below is beautiful, very windy and semi-desert (in mid-October) but to get there there is a narrow and steep road, with narrow curves without guard rail, not recommended for those who suffer from dizziness. It would be easily accessible on foot, for those who are trained and in good physical shape (the slope is quite strong) and if you want with good hiking shoes you can reach the Triopetra small beach. I think it would be good to give more information.

If you wish to experience a secluded garden by a non-travelled beach, almost like your own access to the sea, that is the place. A very good taverna is few meters away. Nothing best to let stress, driving, movida and consumerism behind one's shoulders for some days. Dimitri and his family have created a heaven of peace and a beautiful garden. The holiday-house from their parents is still decorated like in the 80s, but all the essentials are there. The generous welcoming, with a large basket of fruit, olive oil and salad from the herb garden, complete the feeling of coming home. Efkaristò! Many thanks! Rossella
