This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

Amazing little cozy cottage. Beautifully furnished, great aesthetic. Welcoming food items were a lovely touch along with items in the bathroom in case you forget to bring essentials. Lovely little kitchen area with oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster etc means you can knock up a meal during your stay. Almost at the edge of the village, with literally minutes walk to miles and miles of bridleways and footpaths through gorgeous countryside. Very Very quiet location to get away from it all. I walked the dog to the white horse pub (10 mins) in the evening and regretted not having a torch as there were no street lights for most of the route. Fantastic communication and flexible arrival departure times when able. Wifi is a little limited compared to the full fibre at home but you are right out in the countryside. It's adequate enough for email and browsing.

My daughter had lovely stay here . She slept so well every night. The little touch of bread and honey was lovely on arrival. Beautifully thought out cosy room with all you might need

This property was amazing! It was exactly as described, and bigger than I'd hoped it would be. I used it for the night before, and morning of my wedding day to get ready, and it was in pristine condition, very clean, and the perfect size! Karen was a very helpful, kind and responsive host and she'd even left me welcome gift ahead of my wedding! There is a lovely little patio garden area out the back which is very private and peaceful, with garden table and chairs where we had a lovely meal the night before. The main bedroom was a great size, and my friend loved the twin room also. Plenty of amenities available and it's very close to Felixstowe beach. It was the prefect stay!
