The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. The apartment building also includes a communal rooftop BBQ and lounge area. I will be available in person for key pick/up and to answer any queries/show the apartment. Available via phone if there are any issues. The apartment is right on High St Northcote, known for its live music venues, bars, and restaurants. Take a short walk to Welcome to Thornbury, a popular food truck park, or listen to new bands at Northcote Social Club. The apartment is on High st, along the 86 tram line from Bundoora into the CBD. Croxton Station is also a short walk away, with a 20 min train ride into the city. This apartment is in a block with owner occupiers and tenants, so please be mindful of noise in the early morning/late at night so as not to disturb neighbours. No parties or large gatherings.

Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in a converted warehouse spacious for 2 adults. Walking distance to public transport. With restaurants, cafes, breweries, distilleries and coffee roasters all in close proximity. In the apartment, natural surfaces make for a very cosy feel. We love it and are sure you will too. (Note: major works from 7-5 opposite building, due to finish in June. Noise has not been an issue so far as the apartment is to the rear. Parking after 4pm is easy)
