Apartment holiday rentals in Moonee Valley City

Andreas was a wonderful host! The apartment was clean and tidy and provided with the necessary equipment. During my stay, we shared many cross-cultural experiences, and he was willing to provide much information about Melbourne. It was very rewarding in just a few days, and I would highly recommend staying at his place!

Laura has to be one of the most accommodating and generous hosts we’ve come across on Airbnb. She went out of her way to make our stay with our toddler as easy and comfortable as possible (even sourcing a cot that we could use). We stayed a week at Laura’s place and found it to be a good base for our time in Melbourne. The kitchen and bathroom are perhaps a little dated, but overall the apartment has everything you’d need for a short or long stay. The private courtyard also made the space feel bigger and less like an apartment. We would stay again.

Excellent value for money. The secure off street parking was great and the instructions for the car parking were also very clear.

Really good place, nice and tidy. Everything described as is. Easy to get to wherever you need as the train and tram stops are quite close. Good and quick communication in regard to giving any updates or if we had any questions. Had no issues.

Loved staying here again. This is an excellent location if you have events/activities at the Melbourne Showgrounds. As last time the unit is in pristine condition and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, including a Nespresso machine. Loved the new front door lock, saved me continually worrying about having the key with me when I went out.

Mel’s place was a delightful find. Larger than expected with a good layout for a short stay, it was in the perfect location for access to amenities and I had a stress free stay. The house was extremely clean and well provisioned. Mel reached out early, check in was smooth and she left clear and accurate instructions for house use. Will book again.

Great stay at Amy’s. Super conveniently located. Just like the pictures and amazing value for money. Amy was amazing with communication and was super helpful.

A wonderful 2 bed apartment, with wonderful grounds and everything you need in walking distance. Also beautiful views especially at night. I definitely recommend it.

Natalie was a great host. The house was wonderfully located, nice and quiet with good access to the town centre and parks. Very clean with lots of useful amenities and comfortable beds!

Awesome stay and view

Kim’s place was wonderful. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay there. We loved the large open plan living space with loads of natural light and a lovely view to the west. The bed was warm and cosy and the location was close to restaurants, public transport, a supermarket and the airport. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Melbourne.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The location was perfect—quiet but still close to everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Thank you Marc & MJ for the warm welcome & chockies, even though we never even needed to speak with you, and also for the attention to detail in this and central well-appointed apartment. With the cold and being from up north, I would have appreciated either a bathrobe or an extra towel, but the unit was very cosy anyway. Thanks for the carpark as well, so handy as we'd hired a car to get around outside of the CBD on the wet weekend.

My family did enjoy the stay at Victoria’s place. The accommodation looked exactly the same as in the pictures. Enjoying the stunning view every day and night could be a highlight of the trip! The location was convenient, within walkable distance to the Skybus station, and there was accessible transport to the tourist spots. Also, Victoria was responsive and provided help asap when we needed it. We would highly recommend this place.
