House holiday rentals in Transylvania County

Well, my husband and I have stayed there on and off for the last six months for local work, so we know the place well. Sadly, our project has come to an end, so our most recent stay will be our last for work. BUT, we love everything about Todd and Barbie and the house, and we will be back for fun hiking weekends. Hiking, waterfalls, everything nearby. It's the best place we've stayed in the area. Private, squeaky clean, big deck, large dining room table for big meals or spreading out the paperwork, GREAT internet connection and TV options. We'll definitely be back on our own - we feel so comfortable there in every way. I could not recommend any higher - would give it a "10" if I could. Todd and Barbie also bent over backwards to help us with a couple of last-minute schedule changes. Such honest and thoughtful hosts. Thanks Todd and Barbie for EVERYTHING over the last few months. We love you guys!

Beautiful home! The Mountain Views are absolutely breathtaking! No pictures do it justice. The neighborhood has lots of hiking trails and a gorgeous waterfall right by the entrance. Saw lots of deer almost everyday. Lots of local waterfalls! The interior of the home is updated but still gives you a cozy cabin like feel. Nice kitchen that is well stocked with everything and more for cooking. Outside deck wraps around and the cute Gazebo is very charming. Brevard is less than 20 mins away for restaurants and shops. This was one of my favorite vacation houses I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at!

Our family felt right at home at Michael's A-frame. My husband commented that it felt as though we had stayed there before, and it really had. It has every amenity and creature comfort you could want or need, including a nicely stocked spice cabinet, plenty of linens, board games and puzzles, and a place to do laundry. Michael was friendly and helpful. Our family had an awesome time, and we hope to be back to enjoy the property in the summer months!

The place was perfect for our family of four. The house had everything we needed and we appreciated the super soft towels and bath rugs! Also, there were towels for the pool/lake, which was really nice. The setting is so peaceful yet there is so much to do within the community. Loved the place and can't wait to go back!

John's unit was a very nice place to stay. Everything we needed was available and easily accessed. Location was perfect for all the amenities /restaurants/hiking/shopping. We would highly recommend this place to stay for your visit to the western Carolina mountains. John was responsive and available when needed. Come to Sapphire Valley for a great vacation.

Our stay in Brevard was absolutely amazing and the accommodations were truly incredible. Dominic and Katy were perfect hosts and very responsive when I had a question. The place was immaculate, beds were very comfortable, pillows were great, and linens and towels were pristine and crisp! The house was equipped with everything you could need. The community is beautiful with great amenities, lakes, and hiking trails which we took advantage of for sure!! We ventured into beautiful downtown Brevard and the Pisgah National Forest exploring the many waterfalls This will be my go to house when I take my next trip to Brevard!! This is such an amazing place and yes it is real! Incredible views and wonderful stunning home in the mountains. It really was a memory I'll have forever. Matt was so awesome, he helped us get settled in and the amenities were so awesome🙏. Stay here and prepare to be pampered all the way up in the mountains! ❤️

Super kid-friendly! Had lots of toys and books my kids loved to play with. Pack and play, high chair, trundle bed, and plastic children’s dishes and cutlery. They provided shampoo, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent. Super convenient location close to waterfalls, state parks, convenience stores, grocery stores, etc. Host was super kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Unbelievably clean …. And cozy. Really loved the attention to design and decor. Even the books felt carefully arranged and curated. Comfortable furniture. Walkable to downtown (a long walk, though). Truly one of the most inviting Air BnB spaces I’ve stayed in.

This place was amazing! The location was peaceful, private and serene. It was an easy drive in, close to a nice sized town for supplies, and within a hour drive of TONS of outdoor activities, like hiking, tubing, rafting. The cabin was very well equipped with anything we could have needed for our stay, with lots of extra blankets, towels, dog supplies, and kitchen supplies. We had 7 adults and a small dog for 5 days, and we never felt crowded. We would definitely recommend this location!

Perfect location and accommodation for a reunion with an old friend. We each had our own bathroom, the kitchen was fully equipped - even supplied Starbucks coffee! Livingroom was comfortable, parking was easy and Erin was very responsive throughout the entire process. Loved that we could walk to restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend!!

Dawn was an amazing host, super responsive, great communicator. the place was very secluded but also super close to DuPont, Brevard and all sorts of fun things. it was well equipped in terms of kitchen, towels etc. really enjoyed our stay

Located in the heart of the Pisgah National Forest, this place was perfect for our Memorial Day week getaway. The host's guidebook had some fantastic local recommendations. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows, making s'mores and relaxing in the hot tub. Loved that you could hear the river stream while sitting on the porch drinking your morning coffee. The pet-friendly policy was a blessing. The property was completely fenced, which was a bonus. We felt safe letting the dogs explore the property. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Carly's place. We enjoyed the proximity to hikes in the Pisgah particularly along the Davison River area. Living room seating was good and there were nice views across the valley. We had a Whip-poor-will serenade us several nights. Sound does carry up the valley so when on the porch road noise was noticeable. The bed (we used the Master bedroom) was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and even a sharp knife! If you plan on cooking some of your own meals, wait to go grocery shopping until after you check in as Carly has thoughtfully provided an Ingles card so you can save some $$. We ate at The Square Root one night and the food was wonderful.

Rosemary has a beautiful place. our stay couldn't be better! it's a cozy and private cabin, with all things you need to have a pleasant retreat. there is many hiking paths and waterfalls to visit at very close distance. We Will definitely visit again.

We had a great time at Ashley’s place! The house was immaculate, the yard was peaceful, and the location was really convenient to Brevard and to Pisgah for hiking! We would happily stay at Ashley’s again!

We loved staying here. The house is very clean, attractive, well appointed, and within easy walking or driving distance of everything you want in Brevard. We arrived after dark and lights were on to welcome us. I really appreciate the extra touches, like lights added to the closets and charging ports on the nightstands.

Absolutely beautiful home. The view is spectacular. They did a wonderful job updating this home. The perfect balance of aesthetics with functionality. A perfect place for families & friends like family traveling together. Great couch for hanging out - dining table perfect for game nights - an enviable record collection. Great privacy between rooms, everyone had their space after hanging out. When it says 6 minutes from Brevard it means it. So close! We love Brevard and were able to go back and forth repeatedly. Super close to all the waterfalls & hikes as well. They even have charging strips in each room with all the ports - I always bring mine to be safe, but didn’t need to unpack it - a big deal in my book. Fully stocked kitchen! My husband was very impressed - we love eating at all the restaurants in Brevard, but he was tempted to cook. The best stocked kitchen we’ve been privy to at an AirBNB. We will definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the well-stocked kitchen and cozy bedding to the local recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. Our host was exceptional and responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly, highly recommend this gem of a place!

We went into Brevard to see the blue ghosts in Pisgah forest. It was a fantastic location, right at the entrance of the park. House was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Short drive to downtown to go to the White Squirrel Festival. I appreciated how clean the yard was so our kids could play in the grass. The Pisgah Bakehouse is very close and had really great food options.

Loved the peace of the mountains. Worth every penny . My sons did not want to leave after 3 days it start feeling like home . Arcade , s'mores , and Bible study on the the deck where you can see the rest of the mountains and lakes . Such a blessing .Thank you Jared and Heidi !!

CONVENIENT FOR OUR VISIT WITH NEARBY IN LAWS. VERY NATURAL, PRIVATE AND SERENE. COMFORTABLE, CLEAN ,WELL FURNISHED. WE'D DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN IF IN THE AREA. ONE CAVEAT, MOST RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSED ON MONDAYS AND BRING YOUR OWN PROVISIONS.
