Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Townsend

Exactly like the pictures! They almost don’t do the view justice! The hot tub was one of our favorite parts. We drove about 40 min to Cade’s cove for a hike.. highly recommend. We also stopped at “Burger Master” and “Townsend Abby Pub” where David took great care of us! We will definitely be back to the Rocky Top Retreat!

We were delighted with this beautiful bluff home from the moment we arrived. The house was tastefully decorated and immaculate, the rooms were large, the beds comfortable, the game room was inviting, and the view was spectacular. When we want a few quiet days away or a place in the mountains to gather with family and friends, we will certainly be checking to see if Three Pines Lodge is available.

The house and location were exactly what we needed for a last minute getaway. Extremely convenient to everything we wanted to do. Went over to GSMN Park for a couple days of fishing. Very relaxing, loved hearing the rain hit the tin roof as we sat on the porch. The trees and laurels surrounding the porch made us feel as though we were in a tree house. Thank you

The Barn was nothing short of amazing! The views were beautiful! The home had everything listed, and was spotless in terms of cleanliness. The amenities are awesome, from the pool, to the games upstairs on the second level! I love that the home was family oriented, with several safety features to keep families with small children safe. The pool room has a code, as well as a pool alarm to alert you if someone is in the pool. Matt, and his team were great; he extended the opportunity to stay an additional night, was very friendly, and responded quickly. I look forward to booking with Matt again in the future!

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! There was noise from the apartment above us during the night. The place was definitely cute and clean. The bed was comfortable, which was very important.

Loved our very short stay. Unfortunately our three nights was cut short to one night due to a water issue that no one could have planned for. Katrin was very accommodating and took care of us! We hope to stay there again in the future. The cabin was beautiful and very secluded, but close enough (10 min drive) to the strip of Pigeon Forge.

7 Acres is one of the best places we have rented (airb&b/vrbo)! The house was very clean, spacious and well decorated. It literally had everything we needed. The setting is lovely and private and only a short drive to restaurants and activities in town. We had eleven people and there was still ample space for privacy if needed. Every couple and/or single had their own bedroom and bathroom, there are three large gathering spaces indoors plus two outdoor (one screened in and a deck) most with beautiful Mountain View’s. Highly recommended!

We couldn't have BETTER things to say about this place! If you're on the fence- look no further! Book this now! We are private people, who really enjoy a peaceful setting. This was THE PERFECT LOCATION. So many things to do, so many shops, restaurants, etc within the proximity of the home. We really loved the pool being so close to the unit! The hosts are amazing, and are extremely communicative! Photos match the space precisely!

We had a wonderful family gathering and the accommodations were perfect! The house was very clean and had ample supplies of towels, TP, dish and laundry soap. We loved hanging with the family of goats! It is a secluded place, and Parker’s directions were spot on. We found it with no problems! Would highly recommend!

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.

We had a wonderful 4 night spring break! The house was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool with the kids each night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The location could not have been better. It was a short drive into Gatlinburg to walk around and shop. We also drove into Pigeon Forge for Dollywood one day. That’s a little longer drive but very easy. We will definitely be renting again.

It was an absolute delight to stay at Victor & Tammy's cabin. the place looked brand new, the view was incredible, and it felt like home. We've already shared the listing with friends and hope to return in the near future.

Derek was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. His proactive communication made it easy to find the place, and everything was well-maintained and organized. Anytime we had questions or concerns, Derek was quick to assist. We were a family of six, including my parents in their 80s, and everyone had a wonderful time. My children especially enjoyed the hot tub, which was clean and well-kept. We strongly recommend this place to others and will certainly return!

This cabin is perfect! It is everything they say and more! It is well-built, has no corners cut, and is extremely well taken care of. The owners definitely take pride in their property! It is very clean and supplied with everything you'd possibly need. It is tucked away in the bottom of a valley and very quiet and relaxing, but yet 10 minutes from almost anything else you'd need/want. We came here to be away from people and ride motorcycles through the mountains, so we didn't venture into all the tourist stuff but we did drive through it and it is like the Dells, but x10. All of that isn't far at all, either. The hot tub was amazing after a day riding motorcycles. Sitting in a hot tub during a rainstorm, outside, in the mountains was some of the most calm I've felt in a long time. The only thing that could make this better is if my wife and kids were with me. Otherwise, it's heaven!

We had such a wonderful stay at Miranda’s cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and peaceful. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained—exactly what we were hoping for in a relaxing escape. Miranda was an exceptional host—so kind, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into both the space and the experience. We would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with a host who truly cares very grateful for such kind hospitality.

We have stayed in many places and none have compared to this cabin. It was impeccably clean, well appointed, cozy, private, and romantic. A wonderful host and so quick to reply to any and all questions. We felt immediately at home! We will return for future stays. Our best Airbnb experience ever!

Our stay was perfect in every way. My elderly parents plus all three of our dogs came for a slow quiet time close to Knoxville to both enjoy some quiet and also visit with family. It was easy and straightforward to get there and feels very secluded even though it is 20 minutes from downtown Maryville and 15 from Townsend. The space was able to host our family meals and also was fun to play pool downstairs or air hockey. It was very clean, beds super comfy - my folks were blessed by all of it. Loved the outside space and made it easy to bring our dogs. My favorite part was sitting on the front porch in the mornings and to have a quiet moment. It was amazing and I hope to come back in the future. Highly recommend.

We got married the day before checking in here and we couldn't have been more thrilled about every little detail of this house. We had the time of our lives to say the very least. By far the Best cabin we've ever been too. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook! : )
