“Cabin of the Lost Soles is simply fabulous! Sitting on the covered porch or the shared fire pit patio overlooking the beautiful babbling Little River is so peaceful and soothing to the soul. During the day you might see "tubers" floating by but even that was entertaining! The cabin has everything you need and Debbie & Dan were so very helpful. Their property is beautiful - I really enjoyed looking at their garden & chickens & sweet dog Banjo! Townsend is a special quiet place away from the commercialized Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge - I pray it stays that way! This was a perfect home base to explore the Smokies and I hope to come back again!”
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the mountains in the comfort and serenity of a beautiful log cabin. Situated on a charming trout filled river only minutes from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, fishing, swimming and more.
“My family stayed at Tommy’s cabin in the autumn of 2019. The cabin is ideally located right in Townsend an quietly tucked away from the main road on the river. We couldn’t hear any of the neighbors-very peaceful. When we arrived, there were a couple of issues left over from the last guests broken furniture, missing tv remote, etc.). We messaged him on Airbnb, and that’s all it took. He was super-fast to respond, and even though he wanted to inspect and address the issues right away, he was respectful of our privacy, and only did so after asking our permission. He’s a great host and we will rent from him again.”

“Great host and stay. Trout fishing at the Little River in the backyard is spectacular and the nearby restaurants are awesome. A few local tips: go to the Dancing Bean coffee shop, try out the Trailhead Steak and Trout restaurant, but avoid Apple Valley area since that felt like a tourist trap. Otherwise beautiful town and stay! 10/10 recommend!”
