We need a place to relax after long days hiking in the smoky mountains. Suzy's place was just the spot. Radiant heating in the bathroom floors and you want to take a relaxing bath after your hike? You're covered. My boys loved the loft and running around outside. We didn't use any of the attached golf course's perks but were plenty happy cooking and sitting on the screened in back porch.

This was the perfect spot for what I wanted to do in the area, which was fish, hike, look for birds and ride my bicycle. I was able to sit out on the deck each evening and relax while listening to the creek that flows right next to the property. Quiet, peaceful and very realxing...it was the perfect week! Lee was very communicative from beginning to end. I plan to be back next spring!

The home itself was impressively well-equipped with everything we needed and more, from a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful touches throughout that clearly anticipated a guest’s needs. We especially appreciated the detailed information/labels provided around the house—it made navigating everything simple and stress-free. The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and inviting—perfect for relaxing after a day out. And the location couldn’t have been better: quiet, safe, and ideally situated near great local spots. Our stay was perfect in every way. My elderly parents plus all three of our dogs came for a slow quiet time close to Knoxville to both enjoy some quiet and also visit with family. It was easy and straightforward to get there and feels very secluded even though it is 20 minutes from downtown Maryville and 15 from Townsend. The space was able to host our family meals and also was fun to play pool downstairs or air hockey. It was very clean, beds super comfy - my folks were blessed by all of it. Loved the outside space and made it easy to bring our dogs. My favorite part was sitting on the front porch in the mornings and to have a quiet moment. It was amazing and I hope to come back in the future. Highly recommend.
