Holiday rentals with beach access in Torre La Mata

Семьёй останавливались в этой квартире — всё очень понравилось! Отличное месторасположение: пляж, магазины, кафе — всё в шаговой доступности. В самой квартире чисто, уютно, есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Отдельное спасибо хозяину — очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Остались только приятные впечатления. Рекомендую всем!

La casa de Javier es tal cual aparece en las fotos. El hecho de que tenga plaza de garaje no es sólo un punto a favor, sino que lo hace imprescindible para la zona. El aire acondicionado te salva del calor que hace en la zona. Tiene armarios y cómodas para poder guardar todo lo que quieras y más. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario. La terraza es espaciosa y con vistas preciosas. Hemos estado como en casa y Javier nos ha atendido en todo momento para resolver nuestras dudas. Tengo claro que volveremos a contactar para el verano que viene. Un gran placer y muy agradecida

We loved staying at Paco's place. The view every morning looking out of the many windows where you can see the beach is amazing. We stayed for 3 months during winter. As the rooms are facing south-east, it was nearly every day warm enough to let the heating off. The few days we needed the heating, it was super effective. All communication was like it should be. Small problems were getting fixed as fast as possible and intermediate solutions provided in the meantime (for example the heating in the living room broke and the spare parts took a week to arrive; Paco organized a radiator to keep us warm). The water pressure in the showers is low, but we got used to it. We didn't use the underground garage because the driveway is too steep for our car, our driving abilities and our willingness for taking risks ;) We always found a spot on the streets nearby. These were the only drawbacks we had, everything else was perfect and we can imagine coming back! Thank you, Paco!

Nuestra estancia ha sido excelente, nos hemos sentido como en casa todas las comodidades las tienes. Hemos disfrutado mucho es una casa muy bonita 😍 . Joaquin responde a tus mensajes muy rápido y ha sido muy amable.

The flat was very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, and the location was great (pretty gardens, nice pool and walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants). The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the information they shared in advance about the flat and the area was comprehensive. We would definitely go again!

Wir haben uns bei den beiden Gastgebern sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine super schnelle Kommunikation, sie waren für den Check in innerhalb von 5 min da. Die Unterkunft war unmittelbar 100 m vom Strand, welcher sehr groß und sauber war. Unterkunft hat den Bildern zu 100 % entsprochen, jedoch der einzige kleine Mangel den ich habe, es war alles etwas abgenutzt & leicht eingestaubt. Aber abgesehen davon, ein super Aufenthalt. Was uns positiv aufgefallen war, die Wohnung war mit liebe eingerichtet, der Balkon total liebevoll und auch innen. Wir würden wieder kommen nach La Mata.

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Christian, bedankt voor het verblijf. We hebben er van genoten. Verblijf ziet er top uit. Het zwembad was super. Kortom, een aanrader voor iedereen. Elke dag hebben we een padelbaan gehuurd. Ook de padel en tennis zag erg top uit.

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung! Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Lage ist ideal – mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Denis war super freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

An immaculate house with everything we needed being available. Well equipped, and very clean. The pool was a little cold, but only because of the time of year. Lots of bars & restaurants in Nueva plaza, and the main square, and Mil Palmeiras around a 30 minute walk away. Palmera Blue responded to all our needs, arranged an early check in. followed up mid holiday, amd even prov9ded a bottle of cava on arrival. a really enjoyable stay.

Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön – modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit tollen Extras ausgestattet, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen. Andrey, der Gastgeber, war super freundlich, hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns sogar hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Obwohl wir später angekommen sind als geplant, hat der Check-in problemlos geklappt. Alles lief reibungslos und sehr herzlich ab. Umgebung voller Restaurants und vielen Stränden, sogar ein 24/7 Shop.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Loistava sijainti. Kaunis ja moderni asunto. Huoneistossa oli kaikki mukavuudet ja lisäksi vauvalle löytyi uimarengas ja hiekkaleluja. Viihdyimme erinomaisesti ja palaamme varmasti uudestaan!

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean and ready when we arrived. It is beautifully decorated and very cozy—perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s also spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need (a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, towels for the beach, sunbeds and sun umbrellas etc). There is a stunning terrace: large, sun-drenched, and furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. It was the ideal spot for morning coffee or unwinding with a drink in the evening. The view over the communal pool added to the holiday-like feel of the place. The pool is great, clean and kids enjoyed it fully! The beach is just a 150-meter walk away, it is cleaned daily— perfect for swimming or sunbathing. The host provides a little trolley to carry your stuff. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream... but also usual grocery shops. I would return in a heartbeat—highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Mi pareja y yo fuimos por un fin de semana y la verdad que apesar lo pequeño, para una pareja esta excelente. Quedamos encantados, lo recomiendo 100%

Absolutely loved the apartment. Very clean although bed sheets could do with a change. They were clean but old. The sea views were amazing from the balcony, living room, dining room and one of the bedrooms I would recommend this property and would definitely use this company again Information was accurate, replys were prompt, and easy to follow instructions for entry Regards Marie Mooney Ireland
