Holiday rentals with beach access in Torre La Mata

The family stayed in this apartment — I really liked everything! Great location: beach, shops, cafes — all within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the host — very responsive and friendly. There were only pleasant impressions. I recommend it to everyone!

Javier's house is as it appears in the photos. The fact that it has a garage space is not just a plus, it makes it a must-have for the area. The air conditioning saves you from the heat in the area. It has closets and dressers so you can store everything you want and more. The kitchen has everything you need. The sun deck is spacious and with a beautiful view. We were at home and Javier has served us at all times to answer our questions. I'm sure we'll be in touch again for next summer. A great pleasure and very grateful

We loved staying at Paco's place. The view every morning looking out of the many windows where you can see the beach is amazing. We stayed for 3 months during winter. As the rooms are facing south-east, it was nearly every day warm enough to let the heating off. The few days we needed the heating, it was super effective. All communication was like it should be. Small problems were getting fixed as fast as possible and intermediate solutions provided in the meantime (for example the heating in the living room broke and the spare parts took a week to arrive; Paco organized a radiator to keep us warm). The water pressure in the showers is low, but we got used to it. We didn't use the underground garage because the driveway is too steep for our car, our driving abilities and our willingness for taking risks ;) We always found a spot on the streets nearby. These were the only drawbacks we had, everything else was perfect and we can imagine coming back! Thank you, Paco!

Maria is a great host, always attentive and attentive to the needs and issues of the tourist. Very friendly and thoughtful.

Our stay was excellent, we felt at home, you have all the amenities. We have enjoyed it very much, it is a very nice house😍. Joaquin responds to your messages very quickly and has been very kind.

The flat was very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped, and the location was great (pretty gardens, nice pool and walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants). The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and the information they shared in advance about the flat and the area was comprehensive. We would definitely go again!

We felt very comfortable with the two hosts. They gave us great tips. A super fast communication, they were there for the check-in within 5 minutes. The place was immediately 100m from the beach which was very large and clean. The place was 100% true to the pictures, but the only small flaw I have, it was all a little worn & slightly dusted. But apart from that, a great stay. What we noticed positively, the apartment was furnished with love, the balcony totally loving and also inside. We would come back to La Mata.

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

1st class host, relaxing location and plenty of great beaches within a short drive. would definitely book again.

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

We had a really great stay in this beautiful apartment! You have a beautiful view of the sea and the location is ideal – several restaurants are nearby. Denis was super friendly and always very quick to respond to our questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

An immaculate house with everything we needed being available. Well equipped, and very clean. The pool was a little cold, but only because of the time of year. Lots of bars & restaurants in Nueva plaza, and the main square, and Mil Palmeiras around a 30 minute walk away. Palmera Blue responded to all our needs, arranged an early check in. followed up mid holiday, amd even prov9ded a bottle of cava on arrival. a really enjoyable stay.

Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do the laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit comfortably.

The apartment was lovely, really clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful to have the private roof terrace too.

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean and ready when we arrived. It is beautifully decorated and very cozy—perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s also spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need (a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, towels for the beach, sunbeds and sun umbrellas etc). There is a stunning terrace: large, sun-drenched, and furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. It was the ideal spot for morning coffee or unwinding with a drink in the evening. The view over the communal pool added to the holiday-like feel of the place. The pool is great, clean and kids enjoyed it fully! The beach is just a 150-meter walk away, it is cleaned daily— perfect for swimming or sunbathing. The host provides a little trolley to carry your stuff. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream... but also usual grocery shops. I would return in a heartbeat—highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

My partner and I went for a weekend and the truth is that despite being small, for a couple it is excellent. We are delighted, I recommend it 100%

Absolutely loved the apartment. Very clean although bed sheets could do with a change. They were clean but old. The sea views were amazing from the balcony, living room, dining room and one of the bedrooms I would recommend this property and would definitely use this company again Information was accurate, replys were prompt, and easy to follow instructions for entry Regards Marie Mooney Ireland
