Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

Beautiful appartment in a lovely location. The roof terrace is an excellent inclusion and a great place to catch the sun and unwind. Everything was great. We liked it so much we stayed extra nights.

Lovely property presented in very good condition. Pool needs to be heated (Not hosts fault clearly) and it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge as we arrived 23.00 on a Sunday. One design flaw was there is literally only one plug socket in the kitchen which seems bizarre All in all a very nice stay from a very responsive host, thank-you David Nina and Clayton

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

Beautiful apartment with nice amenities! Very nice with the heated pool for the colder months. Jurgita was very helpful and nice, she made everything easy and always replied right away. Top stay!

A fabulous apartment - beautifully furnished and clearly well looked after and cared for. It very much felt like a home. The bedrooms are cool and the air conditioning worked very well. We were there for some rest and relaxation and the beautiful kitchen was extremely well stocked with every utensil you could need. The apartment is well located on the site with a great view of the pool and surrounding area. And it's all very secure with gated access to each area. And very much a superhost with quick responses to any of our messages. We loved it so much, we're already looking at when we can next visit.

Nick was very attentive. An outstanding host!!! With a flexible schedule that is very convenient. The house was very modern and really cozy with all utensils you need while you are on vacation. A great living space inside and out. Highly recommended!!!!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Aussicht. Nur weniger Meter zum sensationellen Sandstrand. Gute Möglichkeiten sich zu bewegen. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wenn es überhaupt etwas gibt was fehlte, waren dies Strandhandtücher und 2 Liegen, die man auf dem Balkon und am Strand nutzen könnte - vor allem weil es hier am Strand nachmittags oft sehr windig ist ... Aber so wie ich Dani kennengelernt habe, wird er diese Lücken wohl sehr schnell schließen :-))

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.

El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza se refiere. La casa es muy amplia, cómoda y está decorada con gusto. Los 3 baños tienen bañera y ducha. Urbanización de lujo, muy tranquila y con seguridad las 24 horas. La construcción de gran calidad, ventanas de pvc, contraventanas, mosquiteras...etc. Buena climatizacion frio-calor. La comunicación con Jorge ha sido muy cordial y fluida de principio a fin de nuestra estancia. Hemos pasado unos días estraordinarios, ¡volveremos!

Great stay! Very spacious apartment, great for kids with a very secure balcony area. Walking distance to the hotel, paddle courts, boulevard (where there are plenty of restaurants) and the local spar. Would recommend a car hire as there are some fantastic restaurants in Los Alcazares and a great beach with beach bars about 15min drive away! Øystein was so helpful throughout our stay and will deff be back to the apartment in the future :) Thanks again Oystein

Veronika’s place was perfect for what we needed. Quiet neighbourhood with a dog park near by yet walkable to the beach / promenade. Supermarket around the corner. Free parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Apartment itself was so charming I wished we stayed longer. Beautiful windows and terrace in the bedroom perfect for your morning tea and coffee. Veronika shared details of person managing check in and check out, they were very responsive and we were able to adjust arrival time and checked in and out no problem. The price was very good as well. We’d be more than happy to stay again if we find ourselves traveling to the area again.

Loistava sijainti. Kaunis ja moderni asunto. Huoneistossa oli kaikki mukavuudet ja lisäksi vauvalle löytyi uimarengas ja hiekkaleluja. Viihdyimme erinomaisesti ja palaamme varmasti uudestaan!

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Piękna okolica, wszystko zgodne z opisem, widok z okna i balkonu jest niesamowity. Bardzo wygodne miejsce dla 4 osób, super że są 2 łazienki oraz w pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Bardzo polecam

Wir haben uns aufenblicklich wie zu Hause gefühlt, das Apartment war sogar schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Roberto war äußerst freundlich und es der Check-In sowie der Check-Out funktionierten unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit Minka verlief einwandfrei und wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch für unser Kind gab es einiges an Spielzeug, was als Ergänzug zu dem Spielzeug, dass wir selber mitgenommen haben perfekt gepasst hat. Wir haben Minkas Unterkunft mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge verlassen und hoffen, dass wir hier einmal einen weiteren Aufenthalt verbringen können.

Als wir ankamen, regnete es und es war kalt. Wir konnten aber die Unterkunft gut aufheizen. Es regnete die nächsten 3 Wochen weiterhin sehr oft, es war kalt und stürmisch. Trotzdem konnten wir uns in der Unterkunft gut aufhalten - immer mit Blick auf den schönen Pool und die Umgebung. Nachbarn reinigten sogar vom Winde angewehte Gegenstände von der Quartierstrasse. Ich musste remote arbeiten. Es passte also. Zu Fuss einkaufen gehen, war schön, interessant und sauber und es hat freundliche Nachbarn. Diese 5 Wochen waren sehr erholsam. The accommodation was accurately described in what the host was offering. It is close to all amenities, the apartment was as described. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would defiantly be back to our host in the near future. Fully recommend & pleasant with our accommodation.

Wir haben unsere anfängliche Buchung von einer Woche auf drei Wochen verlängert. Das sagt eigentlich alles. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines sehr stilvollen Komplexes mit wunderschönem Pool in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Antonio ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der in jedem Fall mit Hilfestellung zur Seite ist. Wir können diese Wohnung jedem vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen und danken herzlich für die Gelegenheit, hier wohnen zu dürfen.

I actually live about a mile away from this property…. But needed a place to work remotely for a week whilst we had builders in our home. It was perfect for my needs, and the host was very proactive and helpful with letting me know about check-ins etc
