Monthly Rentals in Toro Negro

The house was beautiful, very old school. No electricity in the house just a few solar lights throughout. The fridge and stove run off of gas as well as the water heater. The views are absolute amazing, it feels like you’re sitting in the middle of the mountains ! The only thing to keep in mind is there is quite a hike from where you park your car after the gate entrance to the house. It’s about a 10 min hike down from where you park it’s not horribly steep my aunt of 62 who’s in good shape did it without much issues but after a good rain it gets very slippery. Other than the hike it was a beautiful place. You definitely won’t need AC being this high up in the mountains it felt amazing at night. It was like being surrounded by nature we even had a coqui insist on joining us inside ! The dogs also loved it ! We would for sure come back again !

The place is very quiet, the sunset view is beautiful, the owner is super attentive, his house is right next door and the place is as it looks in the photos but not all rooms have AC My only complaint is that I had booked for 6 and canceled to change the dates and rebook and I accidentally put one instead of 6 and when I told the owner they charged me an additional $60 which doesn't make sense because whether it's for 1 or 6 it should be the same price because you rent the ENTIRE accommodation which is for 10 people.

If you are looking to have a quiet time with your family, I recommend this place. Everything is accessible and in good condition. It is quiet, cozy and the host is always attentive to make sure you have everything you need. It has a super clean pool and everything you need to feel at home. Recommended💯.
