Monthly Rentals in Topsham

We had a wonderful week at Bea’s place. The cottage is gorgeous and layout worked well for our family. Highly recommend a stay here and a visit to South West Pizza!

Julia's Garden Apartment, Topsham was excellent. We loved our stay there. Very comfortable, welcoming and relaxing, with all the amenities nearby. Topsham is such an interesting and characterful place to stay. Thank You, Julia, for being so caring and helpful and a really great Host. We are back in Canada now but will definitely come again to the Garden Apartment!

Great place to stay. It's very convenient for Topsham, and easy to hop on to the bus into Exeter. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Greg was helpful and kept in touch. It was a very nice touch to have breakfast provisions provided. I loved the coffee machine too!

As a family of four we loved our Topsham stay in Verity's place. The Old Warehouse is centrally located in old Topsham, and it was very comfortable for the full week that we stayed. The house has everything that we needed including good wi-fi connectivity, a well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, and good shower pressure. Plenty of space for our family! Plus charm!!! It was super helpful to have a dedicated car parking space, as Topsham car parking is otherwise difficult. Topsham is a charming town/village with a great Co-Op supermarket, local butcher, deli, Saturday morning market, swimming pool, eateries, ice-creamery etc. Great local walks, and a super convenient base from which to explore Exeter and surrounds. I would highly recommend the Old Warehouse.
