Michelle’s place was perfect for our two nights away with the girls while we did the Coastrek walk. We could walk to Sorrento front beach easily so didn’t need the car. The house was great with everything we needed. It was cosy with the fire lit in the lounge :) Michelle is friendly and responsive, thank you ☺️

Silvana's place is just stunning! We stayed here last night after a trip to the Peninsula hot springs. It was a girls weekend away and there were 8 of us. We loved staying at the property. The house is big but really well maintained! There's easy access to shops and cafés. We really had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at Silvana's place that want to come back for another stay!

Clean, comfy and warm. In a great location & has all the amenities you’d hope for when staying down the peninsula.

Great self-contained space in a natural setting - super quiet for well-needed sleep ins - close to Sorrento shopping plus the ever popular Millionaires cliff walk and Portsea pub for great dinner choices! The Peninsula Spa was only 15-20 mins away (best day out ever!) and loved my breakfast at cliff top cafe on Sorrento back beach - David was a warm and responsive host - all in all a great value stay in a very special part of Victoria :)

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, well-equipped, and the host was very responsive and friendly throughout our visit. The location is lovely and felt close to nature, which added to the charm of the experience. One small thing to note: on particularly windy nights, the house can get a bit noisy because of the metal roof outside, and we did hear some wildlife activity on the roof. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others looking for a cozy, nature-surrounded getaway.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. With three families, we needed plenty of space, and this home was perfect—large, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group. There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone, making it an ideal setup. The pool was a highlight—warm and inviting, especially in the afternoons, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of our favourite features was the gazebo overlooking the pool area. It provided a great spot for the some of the parents to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they swam and played. The location couldn’t be better! It’s an easy walk to both the beach and local shops, and even our younger kids managed the walk with no trouble. Having everything so close by made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Overall, this home was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we’d love to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Darren’s place! The house was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained, with everything we needed, including fresh towels, toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and coffee. It felt like a real home away from home. The enclosed garden was perfect for our children to play safely and ideal for our dog, giving us peace of mind. The location was great—just a 10-minute walk to the beach, cafes, and shops, making it super convenient. There was ample parking, which made coming and going stress-free. We loved using the gas BBQ for outdoor meals, and the pool table was a brilliant added bonus that we enjoyed in the evenings. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house is spacious and well-equipped, making it perfect for families. Everything was thoughtfully provided, and we felt really welcome. We would highly recommend Darren’s place and would love to return in the future!

Had a wonderful time property was very spacious lots of room For families with children or group of friends/couples. We really enjoyed our stay it’s a shame weather wasn’t better to enjoy the pool, but we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. Kristen was a great host always responded very quickly and very accommodating. Definitely the best Airbnb experience I’ve had, and I’ve had a few! The place is super clean, has everything you could possibly need and feels like home. Verve has also been really great to deal with communication wise, one of the guests caused some accidental damage and Michelle from Verve handled it so professionally, very grateful! Beautiful home, very suitable for large groups. I travelled here from Newcastle with 9 other girlfriends for a weekend away. We spent a day at the Mornington Peninsula Hot Springs and being able to stay all together with a wine around the fire and a yummy dinner that we could all cook on the bbq and large kitchen. The house was immaculate and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. My partner and I stayed here for our three year anniversary and we had a really lovely time! The home was very cosy, warm and beautifully clean! I was especially happy that the bed was so soft and comfortable, I had an amazing sleep. The location was amazing! with a two minute walk from the beach, we got to watch the sunset each night, which was absolutely stunning, it also had great access to the restaurants and stores in the area! Comfortable and private studio in a great location! We were so comfortable here with our dog and enjoyed the small private courtyard area where we could let him off lead. We had a lovely stay!

A lovely home with all the necessities for a weekend getaway in the Mornington peninsula. Very close to the hot springs. Central to beaches. Lovely wineries in the area. Comfortable and homely environment. Lovely open and secure spaces for our 3 dogs. Highly recommend this home in the peninsula.

The property was great, clean, plenty of space, the facilities were excellent such as kitchen and bathroom and the location was convenient to drive around. Enjoyed our stay very much.
