The house by the sea

Welcome to a home beyond the ordinary. We have just finished building our fantastic guest house on the beautiful island of Tjörn in Bohuslän. The house is located 500 meters from the sea with a steep hill down to a swimming area with beach and rocks. It is close to Rönnäng and the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön. On Klädesholmen, there is the cozy restaurant Salt och Sill. It is 15 minutes by car to Skärhamn and, among other things, the Nordic Watercolor Museum. Plenty of hiking trails and other activities.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. En stuga med allt man behöver! 10 mins gångavstånd till Kårevik, en familjevänlig strand, matbutik och busshållplats som tar dig till Göteborg/Stenungsund. Du kan ta en färja till Åstol och Dyrön från Rönnängs brygga som är nära. 10 min körning till Skärhamn, där det finns fina båtar, strand, Akvarellmuseum, restauranger och butiker. Tuveslätt är en del av vandringsspår där det finns mycket historia bakom och fin promenad in till skogen. Väldigt lugnt område med mycket sol och glädje!

Wonderful pool in the newly renovated room (80 m2) with a sauna and shower. Lovely balcony with a magic sea view over the horizon. Both bathrooms are newly renovated . Perfect house for two families, lovely nature experience. Housekeeping, sheets and towels are included as a service.

Welcome to Kyrkesund! In our summer house there is room for friends and family. Here you live surrounded by nature and nice walking areas with proximity to swimming and attractions. There is a total of 11 beds included in the loft (level 3). In addition to that, there is a double sofa bed and space for more mattresses. There's also a playground nearby. 1 adult and 3 children's bikes are available and some helmets. Bedding is not included.

Welcome to one of the West Coast's most beautiful gems. The house is centrally located with sea views in the picturesque fishing community, only 40 meters from the steamboat jetty with ferry connection to Härön and 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. On Härön is the popular restaurant Magasinet, but also beautiful hiking trails at the end of the coastal band. Padel courts are available both in Kållekärr and in Skärhamn (10 minutes by car).
