Welcome to our newly-built peaceful house with adorable views, the house is secluded. Nature creates peace and harmony. Large terrace with evening sun and also terrace for breakfast in the morning sun. Perfect for lovely days/evenings outdoors. Bathing areas to various lakes are close by. Bathroom in the sea about 30 minutes. Gothenburg 30 minutes by car or commuter train 20 minutes from Nol station 5 minutes by car. Sponge blueberries/lingonberries as well as hiking opportunities/nature reserves are right nearby. Nearby is disc golf.

Charming 30s villa in protected private location with beach property. The house is beautifully located on Rörbäckskilen with patio right on the water. As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowing boat, 4m * Kayak * 4 st SUP BOARDS Here you enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Great fiber internet connection. The style is mixed from the 30s onwards However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly ever since. We are happy to host monthly or longer. At least weekly.

The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. Only 10 minutes walk to Smögenbryggan, shopping, swimming areas, restaurants, grocery store& located on quiet street. Glazed patio with sea view & large back with dining area. Parties/high volume are not allowed with respect to neighbors. Welcome!

Enjoy the country with proximity to swimming in both sea and lake, while easily reaching all the sights of Gothenburg and Bohuslän. Fantastic nature and nice hiking trails are close by in Svartedalen nature reserve and Bohusleden. Stenungsunds golf course is a stone's throw away and there are plenty of additional golf courses within 25 km distance. You have house and garden to yourselves and can relax in the sun on the terrace. We are happy to advise you about attractions and the best swimming areas!

The house on the mountain by the sea

Relax with the family in this peaceful home, near the sea. Go down to the bathrobe and take a bath the first thing you do or take a walk in the woods. Take a ride with the kids down to the water and fish for crabs. Pick blueberries for breakfast a bit away from the house. The house is located at the end of the street so you are not bothered by any traffic. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the photos is not in use at the moment but there is a wood-fired sauna raft that we are happy to help you book.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Here you wake up to birds chirping, have your breakfast on one of the three terraces or bring the breakfast tray to the garden. A classic Bohuslänkt house with large terrace and close to swimming and public transport. Large open plan, living room, where kitchen, living room and dining porch are connected and with wood stove centrally in the house. Bedroom and toilet/shower with laundry room on the lower floor. Wonderful villa secluded located by the sea

Wonderful house with nice garden connected to the beach directly. Three common bedrooms plus two large living rooms with panoramic ocean views. Very quiet, peaceful and child friendly. Great surroundings for forest walks where you can pick both mushrooms and blueberries during the season. Gustafsberg Sweden's oldest seaside resort is just 200m away and the beautiful Strandpromenade, designated the most beautiful road in Sweden in 2009, is just around the corner.

Underbart skärgårdshus vid havet med havsutsikt i de flesta rum. Öppen planlösning, ljust och vackert. 6 riktiga sängplatser och ytterligare 4 personer kan sova på bäddsoffor och resesängar. Fin trädgård och underbar natur precis utanför dörren. Havet med härlig badplats finns på badrocksavstånd. Wifi och internet inkluderat.
