Monthly Rentals in Tick Bite

the only knock that I had on the place is the restrictions on smoking even around the firepit..I respect rules but people wants to feel freedom when they are on vacation especially when they rent a home..I wanted to have a fire at the pit and be able to smoke there but smoking was not allowed and I'm not sure if the pit was open for use..I did ask about the pit but didn't receive an answer..I don't think thematic it's ok to smoke in anyone's property but one should feel free to outside in a private setting..the home was beautiful and we had enough space..questions with the exception of one was answered very quickly. I would stay there again if the NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY NOT EVEN OUTSIDE was toned down a little

Great place to stay! Host was responsive, very helpful, and friendly (we did get to meet her in person while we were there)! This location was perfect for the event we were attending in the area that weekend, and the accommodations were perfect for just my wife and I. The place was clean, and cool with A.C.. There were all kinds of hand-made greeting cards there that could be purchased in support of a great cause! As it turns out, other guests that were attending the same event as us were staying in the house that this art studio was part of, so we were able to spend time with them. The screened-in porch of the house was great - spacious, lots of seating, etc. Others needing more space than just the art studio and should keep this in mind - renting both the art studio and house together. Overall, a great experience!

David's place in Ayden was awesome and we were able to attend a graduation party hours away from us and bring our dog with us with no worries. It looked just like the photos with lots of amenities! I'd stay again and recommend to others coming to stay in this area!
