There is no direct car access.

The spacious duplex/maisonette apartment in the antique Villa Rocchetta CH, was newly renovated with a lot of love for detail, selected natural building materials. On the large terrace, or the other 3 small balconies, you can enjoy the magnificent views of Lake Lugano. If you are free of vertigo and a little brave, you can admire the panoramic view from the tower, which is part of the apartment. The grounds offer numerous idyllic garden seats to linger and enjoy.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
