Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ticino

Casa Sarina is very nice and quiet and has a fantastic view over Lake Lugano. In the village of Carona there is a small kiosk that provides everything for everyday needs. For larger purchases, however, you have to drive into the valley via the serpentine road. From the property you can either walk directly or take wonderful walks through Vico Morcote to Morcote or Monte San Salvatore after a short drive by car. The place was very clean and as described by the landlord. Markus and Anna are very loving hosts and have enriched our stay with many tips. We would choose this accommodation again anytime.

We had a peaceful and relaxing time at Zoé's place. The house is really cozy and well-equipped, and Zoé is a great host, always attentive to our needs. If we have the chance, we'd love to come back :)

I immediately felt very comfortable in the small, lovingly furnished cottage. The location, in the middle of nature, is particularly noteworthy and the enchanted garden is perfect for relaxing. Barbara provided me with all the necessary information in advance and was available at any time for questions.

Our stay here in Maggia wonderful! Everything you need is close to the house, (even a short hike to a gorgeous waterfall!) The house was really comfortable and easy to access. We recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

We had such a lovely week at Guiseppe's house. It was very comfortable, and the location was stunning. The views! We came without a car and were a little nervous about that, but it was all so easy. So many hikes just steps from the door. Easy to walk to Sonogno for good food and more beautiful hiking, and there is also a lovely restaurant just down the road in Frasco. Also, the buses are up and down the hill very regularly and it picks up just a block down from the house. Only thing to know is to get any groceries in Tenero or in Brione.

We enjoyed our stay at Villino. The cottage is stylishly furnished and offers all you need for a comfortable stay. The garden, the view of the lake, a very good restaurant just around the corner, the pretty swimming beach and the boat dock are also within walking distance...we can highly recommend the Villino for relaxing days......the communication with Jeannette was very friendly and efficient, thank you again for the nice stay.

It was just great! The location is a bit off the beaten path, but with a great view of the lake, this doesn't matter. The house was very clean and perfectly suitable.😀 Gladly again, thank you!

Angela is the perfect host. She welcomed us so warmly and prepared everything for us with love. She thought of everything. The rooms are large and flooded with lots of light. I felt very comfortable and could only enjoy this week. If you want this location and the views, you've found the right place with Angela. We will be happy to come back.

Piero and Nadia are excellent hosts ensuring our stay went very smoothly. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace taking in the view, and in the evening watching the sun go down.

He was a friendly and caring host. The garden of the house is incredibly beautiful. We were pleased.

Nicola is not only an outstanding host but a great human being, someone you will enjoy having a chat with. He made me feel at home taking care of the smallest details. The bed was super comfy. The flat was spacious including a beautiful balcony. The shower was powerful and hot. Everything was spotless! Last but not least I could hear the silence at night in that place, yet only a short walk from the beautiful centre of Ascona where you can find everything you wish for. A great stay and fantastic value for money! I hope to be back soon!

Casa Soleil is a beautifully located, private home. Great view, hikes/biking from home. We enjoyed the barbecue and garden (our dog too)! The garden chairs would have to be replaced, partly broken, all shaky and not enough upholstery. Kitchen well equipped. Would have welcomed a Nespresso machine. Beds comfortable, bathroom as new. Overall, we had a great 2 weeks, Alexandra let us easily extend one night. Would love to come again!

We stayed 8 days in Estelle's place this summer, with our 2-year-old daughter and cat! The accommodation is a very large studio beautifully decorated and located in a pretty quiet, green and relaxing village. The place allows easy access to all the cities of Ticino, and about 45min from the Italian border which allows you to go quickly to Come and Milan for example. The apartment has all the essentials, including a beautiful equipped garden. The bed is very large and comfortable. Estelle is easily reachable, and very kind and helpful! We did not notice that the apartment was actually a large studio without a bedroom, which is complicated when we have small children. We had to put our daughter in the entrance so she could sleep quietly. The pool was no longer available which was not advertised (the listing had been changed) We remain very happy with our stay and recommend this place without hesitation!

Very nice apartment. Great location with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Very clean and well maintained apartment. Extensive equipment. Lots of little things available, such as spices, coffee capsules, oil, etc. As a welcome greeting, a bottle of red wine. Easy accessibility without steps.

Very nice house in old neighborhood, well equipped and with lots of charm. Andres was easy to reach and helpful. We are more than happy to recommend the house.

The Alphüttli offered exactly what we were looking for. Peace, nature and just time to be! The neighbor Gregor is also very helpful and has three great dogs. Alex gave us great instructions and was always easily accessible for questions. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Noemi responded quickly and attentively to our questions and concerns. Above all, the explanation by video on how to use the pellet stove was very helpful. Since it was a cool, rainy day, it was very nice to be able to heat up a little. The property is also good for people who arrive by Postbus like us. There is a small shop in the next village that has everything you need on vacation. And the nature, the tranquility are wonderful.

Absolutely recommended! The Rustico is fantastically located, beautifully quiet and in harmony with nature. Beautiful rustico, practical and very stylishly furnished. Lots of nearby excursions. Communication with Bernadette was excellent. She was very helpful and gave me good tips for excursions. I'd love to come back! Thank you so much for the unforgettable holidays!

A beautiful place in the middle of the woods – highly recommended! Alois welcomed us very warmly and was always helpful. He gave us all the important information, so we immediately felt comfortable. It was just right for a little getaway. I was able to refuel super; the surroundings and the house were a dream. I felt very comfortable right away. Mountain house surrounded by nature with breathtaking views that, alone, is worth the asking price for the stay. The house is spacious (we were in 5 adults) and has everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The two wood-burning fireplaces available are more than enough to heat the spaces in a short time and give a timeless atmosphere. Mario is an extraordinary host: responsive, very kind and available. The directions and instructions you gave us on the different roads to get to the house were clear, real and useful. In short: I recommend everyone to stay in Mario's house, you will not be disappointed!!
