Access possible (without parking option - only stopover to unload luggage). For details, see "Guest access". Only suitable for people who are good walkers. Shopping right in the village.

Departure for mountain excursions directly from the house. The studio flat with private access is reached via a long staircase. Possibility to park the car in public parking spaces located about 15 minutes away. Bus stop reachable in 5 minutes. standing. Tenero station 20 min. standing.

Rustic surrounded by greenery, close to the river and its beaches, rock for climbing 30m, klettern, 200m Bus to Locarno and Ascona (5km) 10 min WALK from the road on a path. Minimum one adult 27 years old. There are 3 houses (total 15/17 beds.) In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. (Short stays only possible as last-minute).

The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.

A mini small studio that has everything to be happy in the smallest space. If you want to spend your Ticino holidays cheaply, this is the place to be. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at Füssen, the valleys and the centers ( Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport, as well as the markets in Italy. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the small studio for one person only.
