Holiday rentals with a pool in Tías

We loved our stay at Josine & Arthur’s home. They were super accommodating and their response time was great. They also gave us a great list of recommendations for taxis, restaurants and more. The place was exactly as described and great value for money. The only thing we’d say is the beds were a bit creaky but that’s nitpicking! Overall, a fantastic stay and we’d recommend it!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Unterkunft und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist absolut top – in einer ruhigen Gegend, die perfekt für Erkundungstouren ist. Jeden Morgen genossen wir den wunderschönen Meerblick, der zum Verweilen einlud. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war exzellent; alle unsere Fragen wurden schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen war das Bett, das mit 1,40 m Breite für uns zu klein war. Trotzdem war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Logement au top pour profiter de Lanzarote. Très beau logement, fonctionnel et esthétique. La piscine est un vrai plus. Son emplacement est idéal pour visiter l’île. Céline et Olivier sont très arrangeants et disponibles, un plaisir de les avoir comme hôtes ! Je vous recommande sans aucun doute ce logement pour vos vacances à Lanzarote !! :)

I fell in love with the accommodation at first sight. We arrived before the check-in time, and Alex kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage at the accommodation. The house feels more like a private resort than a typical home. It is fully equipped and incredibly spacious. Alex was always responsive and came to clean the house every two days, which is not common practice for Airbnb. Truly the best Airbnb ever!

Villa très agréable, spacieuse et propre. Chaque voyageur a de l'espace, 3 chambres dont une avec bureau, et 3 salles de bains. Le logement est fonctionnel, tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Maria est une hôte à l écoute, et réactive qui fait de son mieux pour répondre aux besoins des voyageurs. La communication etait fluide et les réponses toujours rapides. Nous n avons pu profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine, au vu du vent important et de l ombre en soirée, mais elle a une bonne superficie pour ceux qui veulent se rafraîchir. Cette location est très bien située, à 5 minutes de l aéroport, et au centre pour visiter cette magnifique île ! Nous avons toujours trouvé une place à proximité pour garer la voiture de location. Je ne peux que recommander le logement de Maria !

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful, really stylish, airy comfortable and well designed. loads of beautiful architectural flourishes, like the panoramic sea facing windows, the internal open courtyard and the lovely pool and landscaped garden. Amazing views from the garden especially at sunset towards the mountains and to the sea. the house is so lovely that we just wanted to stay in at first. It is a great location to visit the rest of the island. easily. There is something really special and realaxing about being in a mountain location with wide panoramic views. being there was a real tonic. The host was responsive and the house really clean and well maintained. I think this place is great value for money. Ee will be recommending it to friends and returning again ourselves. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely and spacious house with lots of outdoor space. The pool and outdoor shower was great, modern and designed feel to the property throughout. We were a family of four and we enjoyed our stay, with morning swim in the ocean only a couple of minutes walk down the road, all shops, bars and restaurants like ways, in close proximity. The neighbourhood was quiet, clean and felt safe. Finally, Mercedes and Maria were excellent hostesses, responsive, respectful and very helpful! Maria gave us the warmest welcome and was also there to see us well off. Thank you so much!

tres bon acceuil de antonio avec petites attentions (bouteille de vin, fruits, eau, soda, lait) quelques marches en roche pour accéder au logement et à la piscine qui se trouve dans un espace privatif à l'extérieur du logement en contrebas logement fonctionnel pour cuisiner, literie confortable, très belle salle de bain, belle vue sur la mer nous recommandons ce logement

Environnement très calme et reposant. La piscine et les autres équipement était très bien et bien adaptée!!! Le logement était très propre et tout mis à disposition, rien à dire sur l’hygiène. L’hôte était réactive et nous a donner des conseils sur plein de chose

Loved our stay. Toppers included for sunbeds so they are nice and comfy. Beds were comfy and aircon was efficient. Recommend Mardaleva for seafood and long beach club for dinner. Catlanza does a great adults only catamaran trip too. Host was very friendly and the apartment is a short walk from Lidl and the main strip. Very peaceful area would highly recommend. Tv had movie channels too

Logement très bien situé à Puerta del Carmen, supermarché en bas de la résidence, plages, restaurants et bars accessibles à 5min à pieds, nous y avons passé une semaine, et tout s’est bien passé. Matteo est très sympa et accueillant ! Je recommande !

Marta’s apartment was incredible, in a quiet area just a 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and shops. It was so peaceful for a well needed break. Apartment in a beautiful area, our first time staying in Matagorda and it wont be our last!! Marta was so helpful, recommending places to go and always responded quickly to any Q’s I had before arriving. Bed is extremely comfy 🫶🏼 apartment was spotless, pool area clean too and sunbed also comfy. We cant wait to come back ♥️♥️♥️

Superb apartment..peaceful surroundings very quiet all day..easy access to shops and restaurants. Monica was very good to respond to any questions, excellent host thank you. There was some renovation going on in another apartment but limited disruption. Overall Excellent choice.

Enricos place is a marvellous place to stay. He was extremely helpful with any minor issues we had. The accommodation itself has a beautiful kitchen area with every possible utility imaginable including a dishwasher, fridge,microwave and oven. The bathroom has modern shower, toilet and sink. The bed was comfortable and the room a nice temperature for sleeping. It has a beautiful balcony with seats and a table for alfresco dining. The view from the balcony is very nice with a sea view. Thank you Enrico for your hospitality and help. We will certainly be back. X

We have stayed in this apartment previously and loved it. It’s probably a little tired looking however absolutely clean and just as we remember it. We would definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a quiet complex in the perfect location for the old and new town. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
