The house is located in a nice and quiet tourist complex in the center of Puerto del Carmen with private parking. There are 2 swimming pools with sea view and sunbeds. It's located a few minute walk from the city center, market, bars, restaurants, nightlife and 10 minutes from the beach. The house has 2 bedrooms: 1 double room with the possibility to disconnect to 2 singles and one with a double bed above and a single bed below. The house has WIFI and smart-satellite TV and is 50 sqm.

Casa Kesa, el Rincón de Juan, is a beautiful independent property with a pool, located in a residential area with neighbors around. It is a very spacious house, with diverse spaces ideal for enjoying, resting or working remotely.<br><br>It is in the town of Tías, where you have all the services just a step away from the house: pharmacies, supermarket, bakery, bars, shops...<br>The closest beaches are about 6 km away and are those of Puerto del Carmen and a golf course 2 km away.
