Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

Stunning refurbished property ,offering breathtaking views,to the sea,and Fuertaventura. Very private, and not overlooked, in a rural area ,but close to Puerto del Carmen. Fantastic terraces for sunbathing, and dining. Built in barbeque,Hot tub, and pool table, all on ground level. On the upper level, an open plan lounge/fully fitted kitchen, spacious bedroom and large shower room. 42" flatscreen tv with full tv package, free internet. Off road parking, and lockable gate. Beach towels provided.

Lovely cosy studio in original 200 years old finca. Cesar Manrique style with an eukalyptus tree in the middle of the court yard. Located in the village La Asomada (Tias) out of the tourist area. Very quiet and close to the volcanic and wine area. Perfect who looks for an unique and quiet vacations. Privat bathroom, coffee maker, hot water maker and fridge. Smart TV, WiFi. A small kitchen is provided in the court yard to share with other guest. New renovated in June 23, with high quality furn.

Everything was great, clean, well decorated, with a basket of very useful details, they changed the towels after two nights, they had a detail of local sweets and water and a couple of beers on arrival. He was flexible with the check-in and check-out. The apartment has beautiful and clear views with the sea in the background. If you are looking for tranquility, outside the tourist area, it is a perfect place well located in the center of the island to be able to move around. All the kitchenware is perfect. Highly recommended .

We just returned from Lanzarote having stayed at Alvaro & Irena’s apartment. I can honestly say the apartment had everything we needed to have a relaxing & peaceful holiday. The location was excellent, in a peaceful part of town but close enough to everywhere we wanted to visit. The apartment was gorgeous- cosy & cute for couples. Finally, we made sure to visit Alvaro & Irena’s restaurant ‘La Carmencita’. My partner & I agreed this was the best meal we had on the island. Not only was the food amazing, but the hospitality shown by both hosts made us feel welcomed and, infact, special, on our trip away. Thank you Alvaro& Irena- we hope to visit again!

We had an amazing stay!! The apartment was the perfect size for two of us, it was absolutely spotless and exactly as described, beautiful apartment in a quiet complex with shops and restaurants about a five minute walk away. The pool facilities were lovely and never too busy and the complex itself was peaceful and private. The one thing I would note is that it is at the top of a steep hill in the old town, so bear this in mind if you plan on walking everywhere! It took us about fifteen minutes to walk down to the main strip and a taxi back up the hill in the evenings was about €4. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very beautiful, clean and with many accessories. Nachos is very welcoming, available and full of little touches that make our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation is central on the island, a real plus for visiting. The spa pool is very pleasant, especially at the end of the day after a day of sightseeing. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay. We highly recommend this accommodation if you want to spend a relaxing and sightseeing time.

We loved every moment we spent at Pepa’s little piece of paradise. The house is beautiful and we had everything we possibly needed. The surroundings are amazing, so quiet and peaceful and with amazing views. The location is great, although without a car it is a bit hard to get around the island in general. We rented a car and we had our own parking so everything went smoothly. Communication with Pepa was great - she was very responsive and friendly about any questions I may have had. When I come back, I will stay here again!
