Apartment holiday rentals in Tías

Muy buena estancia y muy resolutivos con el parking aunque no lo reserváramos por adelantado. Muy limpio y muy bonito! Las vistas no son buenas pero la verdad nos dio igual con lo bonito que era por dentro!

Apartament wart polecenia. Duży, w pełni wyposażony z dużym tarasem, balkonem i to wszystko zaledwie 1-2 min spacerem od plaży. Chyba bardziej wygodniej się nie da. Dodatkowo wokół bary, restauracje, sklepy. Jednym słowem PERFEKT. Co do parkingu bo tego najbardziej się obawiałem. O dziwo nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z zaparkowaniem samochodu na jednych z ulic zaraz przy apartamencie. Podsumowując, wszystko było idealnie. Solidne 10/10

Es war einfach super schön! Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht :) Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Francesca war auch einfach sehr lieb, hat uns Tips gegeben und stand für Fragen wirklich immer zur Verfügung, einfach eine super Kommunikation. Sie half uns sogar noch dabei ein Taxi zum Flughafen zu rufen, da wir kein spanisch sprechen und das stets mit einem Lachen im Gesicht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen es war echt ein wunderbarer Urlaub ! Wir wurden auch super nett empfangen, mit kleinen Präsenten und es war einfach von Anfang bis Ende ein toller Aufenthalt :)

Logement qui répondait parfaitement à nos attentes! Propre et équipé de tout le nécessaire! Restaurant sur le bord de la plage à 10/15 minutes à pied. Possibilité de se garer juste devant le logement facilement!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Super propre et très bien équipé ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement qui est tout proche de La Santa et qui permet de rayonner facilement à travers l’île. Merci ☺️

This is our second stay at Melanies apartment, and we will certainly return again. The apartment is on a very pleasant complex near to excellent restaurants and the beach. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Ferdinando war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer für Fragen zur Verfügung stand und uns super Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, perfekt ausgestattet und sauber. Die Anlage ist ruhig und trotzdem nah zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Nous recommandons vivement ce logement : la localisation à proximité de l’aéroport, le calme de la résidence (y compris à la piscine), la propreté du logement, qui est également très bien équipé. Inès a répondu de manière très réactive à nos questions sur Lanzarote et elle nous a conseillé des restaurants à proximité. Ce logement a vivement contribué au bon déroulement de nos vacances.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was incredible! Nice and close to the ocean and promenade with lots to do. The balcony was the highlight of the property, so peaceful, private and with greats ocean views.

Jack was a great host! The place is exactly as described and as per the pictures. The pool area right outside the door was absolutely immaculate and peaceful. Short walk down in to the old town/harbour area which is the best part of the town. Will definitely be back

We had an amazing time at Lago Verde. The apartment is in a great location, with lots of lovely restaurants near by. The first thing you see when entering the apartment is the view which takes your breath away. The apartment itself has every amenity needed for a comfortable break away . The terrace is very spacious with sun loungers and table where we had breakfast on a daily occurance . Host keeps communication easy and had no hesitation in answering questions. All in all a perfect stay and we will most definitely be returning for our break during winter months.

Notre séjour dans le logement de Camilo s’est très bien passé. Il est bien situé sur l’île ce qui permet de visiter un morceau de lanzarote chaque jour. Nous avons apprécié les équipements du logement, sa vue et surtout son calme. Il est très facile de se garer en voiture devant le logement. La communication avec Camilo et Dacil a été très bonne et sont réactives au moindre problème. Merci encore pour ce séjour que nous avons adoré. 🙂

The apartment was clean and tidy with a large sun terrace ideal for sunbathing and relaxing, it has everything you need plus more for a enjoyable holiday. Very peaceful both day and night and only a short walk to both the old town and main strip to enjoy the local hospitality. Lidl is very close for all supplies and there's a few bars and a restaurant right outside the compex. We had a day on the beach and used the sun umbrella cool box as well as the beach rugs that were supplied in the apartment, we didn't use the adjoining pool but it looked good not to busy and people were eating drinking and having a good time. All in all we would visit here again so thanks to Petra for allowing us to use your holiday apartment and Kasia for your help.

La casa es preciosa, impoluta de limpia, no le falta de nada. Lugar muy tranquilo y a 15 minutos de todo, en coche. Los anfitriones amables y encantadores. Hemos estado muy muy a gusto. Sin duda volveremos.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’appartement est très joli, décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et impeccable niveau propreté. Le penthouse avec jacuzzi est un vrai plus, parfait pour se détendre, et les transats sont idéals pour bronzer au soleil. L’hôte a été très accueillant, réactif et chaleureux du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement !

Wonderful stay at Casa Conchi in May 2025. The property is truly stunning, with an exceptional standard of decor, furniture and fittings. Spotlessly clean and everything as described. The roof terrace with seating area, loungers and hot tub is a real highlight of the property and a wonderful space for outside relaxation. Location is very convenient with the promenade and Playa Grande within 5-10 mins walk. Very convenient 15 minute drive to the airport. 2 x local supermarkets within a 5 minute walk also very handy. Communication with Naomi was easy, polite, professional and very responsive. This included a very swift response late in the evening (after 10.30pm) when I had to report a minor issue. Excellent service.

La casa è perfetta per due persone: accogliente, funzionale e ben organizzata. Comodissimo l’accesso tramite codici, che evita di doversi portare dietro le chiavi. La posizione è ideale, in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a tutto: supermercati, bar, ristoranti. Inoltre, si trova sempre parcheggio senza difficoltà. Consigliatissima!

The apartment was very clean and tidy and also had everything that you needed, Located in a convenient place with a supermarket 2 minute walk away and lots of restaurants choices within 5 minutes the host was excellent, helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time in David's amazing place and beautiful garden. It was the perfect choice for our 4 year old's first holiday. He loved the rich wildlife in the garden and will fondly miss Lua the puppy and Suzie the tortoise. The apartment itself is cosy and well presented, and contained lots of useful equipment to improve our time at the beach. David is a great host who gives space to his guests but is always there to help if you need a hand. Haría is a great place to be based and, without a car, we utilised the bus network to access destinations across the North. We look forward to hopefully returning in the near future!

Liebe Natalie war haben uns sehr wohlgefüllt in deinem Apartment. Schön gemütlich eingerichtet Die Lage war für uns super . Gleich am Strand, Promenade, Restaurants alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt direkt über der Straße ein italienisches Restaurant, dass man unbedingt besuchen muss. Wir würden jederzeit wieder zu dir kommen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Alessandro und Daniela! Bei der Anreise haben uns die beiden mit zahlreichen Tipps zu Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflügen versorgt – allesamt echte Geheimtipps, die unseren Urlaub bereichert haben. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben ihrer Villa, aber dennoch wurde unsere Privatsphäre zu jeder Zeit respektiert – wir haben uns vollkommen ungestört gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Whirlpool: Er ist riesig, sehr sauber und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht – ein absoluter Lieblingsplatz zum Entspannen! Außerdem ist die Wohnung voll ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es lohnt sich den Plattenspieler anzuschmeißen und die schöne Kollektion an Platten zu genießen! Auch nachts war es besonders schön: Bei geöffnetem Fenster konnte man mit dem Gesang des Windes einschlafen – einfach magisch. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Grazie mille, Alessandro und Daniela!
