This home is perfect for small groups or families, offering clean, comfortable living spaces and excellent amenities. Coffee and breakfast spot just around the corner, 24h 7/11 less than 10 minutes walk. The house was spotless at check-in, featuring fast internet. The beds were comfortable, and an aircon in every room was a lifesaver. The outdoor space truly stood out, with lush front and back lawns and a charming garden. A mango tree shades a bench overlooking the water—a peaceful spot to watch locals pass by on boats. Por, the host, was exceptional! He invited me for a cycling trip, where we saw monkeys, lizards, and even saw some locals racing their boats. The city is 30-45 minutes away by car (longer during peak hours). Scooters and bicycles are great alternatives to beat traffic. Fu Mala, the restaurant next door, serves great food with craft and bottled beers and the staff there are legends. Highly recommend this unique stay for anyone seeking comfort, nature, and local culture!

Your place is beautiful as home and not far away from the main area like Siam,MBk mall....and the great Asiatic riverfront. We all loved your place so much that we want to go there again. I arrived late at night. Yodsakam met me personally to the apartment and explained key things. The property was clean and functional. The only disappointing aspect is the distance to either the BTS or MRT. However, this is adequately explained within the listing so shouldn't be a surprise. On the plus side the apartment is located on the top floor of the 27 Level Condo with an excellent view, the included gym and pool facilities are above average. If you like a nice quiet place to dray and you do not nerd to be close to the BTS or MRT then this place is ideal.

Located in a clean high rise building, this is a great place to stay with a side view of the river. Instructions are clear and the room is very clean with accessibility into the city being relatively easy with grab. One thing one should take into consideration, esp. those who are seeking long-term wfh, is the slower and inconsistent internet. As long as one is aware of that, it is a great overall value. Thanks!
