great time, beautiful area, responsive and attentive host. pool and hot tub were ready to go and wonderful.

Never spoke with Anthony directly but both property managers Kristen and her husband were very responsive and accommodating. As an owner myself of many properties they do a great job with making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Really great place to stay! Peaceful, relaxing backyard. A few close bars/ restaurants. Quick uber ride downtown.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Such a beautiful property with an amazing host. We felt at home away from home. The neighborhood was gorgeous and very pleasant to walk around every morning. We loved how spacious the home was as well. The pool and hot tub were both clean and such a nice place to spend an evening while grilling out with friends. The experience was amazing, we cannot wait to go back🙏🏼

This was our second stay at Pam’s place, everything was great! Love the outdoor space and the pool is always a hit and the reason we came back! We grilled out, had a fire and enjoyed some much needed family time! Thanks again for all the little touches your home has to offer!

For four adults and a 115 lb. West German Shepherd Dog, it was a great place. Secure backyard fencing, screened in porch, all refinished rooms and fixtures, great location, plenty of room, all met our expectations and then some. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. A very nice kitchen, although we didn't do any cooling. Great A/C. All cozy and comfortable. And the place is really quiet. Katelynn and Dylan were very responsive and professional. We hope we met their expectations.

Bottom line... I would stay there again! At first, I didn't know how it would be with the host living close to the property. Truthfully, I ended up liking it a lot! Sammie and her husband very much respected our privacy, but it was really nice to know they're around if we needed anything. Sammie and her husband were super super super nice and polite!

Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed home! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and full of games to fill the downtime. Our hosts were super quick to respond with the few questions we had. We loved the community and the amenities and the location just off the highway and close to grocery. Beautiful property with spacious house! Clean, love the back porch, fire pit, and games! The beds are super comfy and the water pressure is great, which matters to me! Spent the day at the winery and quick drive back to house! Would definitely stay again!

My favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is perfectly put together and incredibly clean. Location is perfect and nestled into the woods like a luxury treehouse. Communication with the host was great as well and was very accommodating. Definitely plan to come back and stay again.

We flew in our family from all over the US to celebrate our special day. It was great to find a property that could accommodate a place to stay and a playground for the kiddos. The property is only 35 minutes away from Nashville, so it made it super easy to commute back and forth. The property manager was super responsive to our needs and went out of her way to assist. We would definitely stay at this location the next time we go to Nashville as a family.

You know how in Harry Potter, the room of requirement provided every need that students could possibly need? Well Fran & Fi’s cottage was that for us. A group of friends met up for a long weekend and every time we asked ourselves “hmm I wonder if this place has an extension cord or dishwasher pods or extra towels” it only took a quick search to find what we needed. So The Room of Requirement quickly became the term of the weekend. The house is absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and exactly what we needed to spread out and chat and quilt for a few days. It’s located on a quiet street but also only minutes from a grocery store and restaurant/shops. The beds were very comfortable too! We’ll be staying here again and are already looking forward to it.

This home was very nice. Exactly how the home was listed. I initially did not mark the box for pets but she was very considerate and accommodating for my two dogs! We were in Spring Hill for a wedding at the Venue! It was a fantastic location. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was gorgeous and had so many special touches including plenty of towels, beach towels, tp, soaps, shampoos, etc. so we didn't have to run to the store immediately upon arrival. The kitchen was amazing and well-stocked for any kind of cooking you might want to do. The beds were beyond comfortable. The hot tub was clean and easy to access. Inside and out, very clean and tidy - the perfect place for relaxing and spending time with family. Christi's was very friendly and prompt when we had to reach out about an alarm my granddaughter accidently set off. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely and truly felt like we had the perfect place to connect with family. We felt pampered staying at such a unique home. Highly recommend!

My four night stay was very relaxing! I utilized the cottage for a personal writing retreat, and it was exactly what I needed. Very peaceful and well lit. The covered back porch was my favorite spot; my dog and I already miss it. Keith and Tuesday were fantastic hosts too. If you’re looking for a place to stay to explore Lepier’s Fork, or need a few days of peace and quiet like I did, I recommend this cottage for sure.
