Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

We flew in our family from all over the US to celebrate our special day. It was great to find a property that could accommodate a place to stay and a playground for the kiddos. The property is only 35 minutes away from Nashville, so it made it super easy to commute back and forth. The property manager was super responsive to our needs and went out of her way to assist. We would definitely stay at this location the next time we go to Nashville as a family.

This was a phenomenal stay. Our first time in a tiny house (a bucket list item for me), and we were all comfortable and charmed--the kids were excited about the lofts, the beds were all comfortable, and we had everything we needed. I saw a note about the height--my husband is 6' and didn't have any problems--the day bed was long enough for sleeping and he didn't have to watch for any ceilings. (My son-in-law, not with us, is 6'4", and I did think he would feel cramped if he'd been them.) I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful green space all around the tiny house--our little kids really enjoyed exploring and playing outside. Highly recommend.

You know how in Harry Potter, the room of requirement provided every need that students could possibly need? Well Fran & Fi’s cottage was that for us. A group of friends met up for a long weekend and every time we asked ourselves “hmm I wonder if this place has an extension cord or dishwasher pods or extra towels” it only took a quick search to find what we needed. So The Room of Requirement quickly became the term of the weekend. The house is absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and exactly what we needed to spread out and chat and quilt for a few days. It’s located on a quiet street but also only minutes from a grocery store and restaurant/shops. The beds were very comfortable too! We’ll be staying here again and are already looking forward to it.

My husband and I could not have picked a better spot to spend the week! Julia answered all my questions before booking, before arriving, and during our stay. With local recommendations, flowers and a note celebrating our anniversary, and a brand new blender that she bought when I asked if the house had one, Julia went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The house itself was beautiful and charming and had us wanting to spend our days there just to enjoy it. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!
