The caretaker, Kalesh, is exceptionally friendly and ensures top-notch hospitality. From recommending local attractions to setting up a cozy bonfire and serving delicious meals, he took care of every detail. This place is a true gem, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

this please was very good for extended family. food is good especially south indian food. #don't try onion pakora# care taker only understand tamil very difficult to conversation with non tamil person. 3 room are very good but two room are small specially bathroom to to small, no bash basin. views are good in the garden. breakfast and biriani are good.

Had the best view!! As we walked in we saw out the big window and it didn’t look real. The caretaker took care of ordering us dinner and breakfast was included. The area is very difficult to get to and quite scary with a car at some points but once you are at the property it is lovely. The caretaker arranged for a jeep to pick us up at additional cost and it was very nice to off road the mountains. The home was very clean and bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen came with bare necessities of plates, tea cups, and utensils, fridge and stove. Very peaceful stay

We 12 members stayed one night in this property. Very good property located in In the middle of beautiful surroundings. The host is very humanitarian personality and from the day we booked till we vacate the premises they keep in touch all the times. Their foods are very good with reasonable price. we are planning to go again before this vocation ends.

Had a great time here and the place was exactly what we expected. Gorgeous views and plenty of places in the house to just spend time with friends meant that we were hesitant to step outside. Would definitely recommend the place for bigger groups (5+ people). Thank you Nikita and Arun for being such wonderful hosts!

Property is an oldish 4BHK Duplex on a cliff. You can see the beautiful valley from here. Andavar temple is walkable from here. It has got enough parking for 3 cars. Anand was the caretaker for us. We got good help and tasty food for us as well from him. Bonfire in the night is amazing. Since the property is next to a cliff, it was breezy with cold air (much colder than city). Building is slightly old with older furnishing but not much of a concern though. Hot water was available for bathing.

We had a wonderful stay at 7 Blues in Kodaikanal! The property is absolutely beautiful — nestled in a peaceful and scenic location, away from the crowd, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings are serene, and the house itself is well-maintained and cozy. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by arranging an early check-in and a late checkout, which made our trip even more comfortable. We also enjoyed a lovely bonfire in the evening, which added a warm and memorable touch to our experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a calm and picturesque setting. Aaqhil place was really amazing,I had gone with my family.The host was really responsive and very helpful,Mr Shinod was really taking care of us well and was very attentive and helpful in local recommendations ,activities and food. The view from this place is really beautiful and there is a beautiful garden well maintained with all types of fruits and vegetables .I would definitely recommend this place.Its worth it.

Very satisfied with the stay. Host was friendly and responsive. Good surroundings with no noise. I would highly recommend for families to stay. Host helped us in getting the food delivered right to the stay from nearby restaurants.

Wonderful place to stay; we enjoyed the pool and Saby who is the property manager on site was really helpful - he helped get us a takeaway dinner, some things for breakfast, taxis for our trip to the airport. The place was clean and bright but mainly it was in a great location and felt very safe and private. Would definitely stay again if I returned to Munnar.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, in a great location, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The host was very welcoming and provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The pool was a highlight—especially for the kids, who had an amazing time. One of the best holiday destinations we’ve been to. Everyone enjoyed it so much, and we’ll definitely be coming back again.

A lovely and cozy stay with all the luxuries to make you feel you are on a vacation. Beautiful garden and born fire area to make your morning and evenings even better. Host vashikaran and the entire house staff led by venkat there were extremely helpful and polite. Perfect place for a holiday if you are in Kodai !!

Such a beautiful and clean property with stunning view.. Staff were friendly and feels safe space for travellers. Breakfast was definitely better than outside restaurants and the view was too pretty

Ideal place for a trip with extended family. Spacious rooms and living areas. The host Ragul is always available for anything that is required. He is very helpful and takes care of guests. The caretaker is also good and prepares delicious home cooked good.

It was a quick trip planned to Mankulam. As we were a group of 8 we opted for the white House villa in the property. our care taker Muthu got in touch 30 mins into booking and had the dinner menu set up. The property management team gave precise directions to the place which saved us from some rough road patches en route. speaking of the stay, the rooms are sufficiently equipped with a small kitchen and enough utensils. An oven and fridge is provided. Smart tv is provided for entertainment. We chose to spend the evening and night at the property playing games. food was delicious and enough for the party. Muthu kept checking to ensure everything was as expected. There are leeches which I will warn to be aware of but salt water is provided to get rid of them. Breakfast was simple and great food. the mini farm in the property and the Hobbit house visit was icing on cake. will surely come back again. Thanks for the hospitality guys!
