Townhome holiday rentals in The Hague

Es war unsere erste Nutzung von Airbnb. Für uns war es der perfekte Kurzurlaub in Familie. Johan hat uns schon erwartet und sehr freundlich begrüßt und das Haus gezeigt. Die Unterkunft hat sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere das Wohnzimmer mit dem Wintergarten und draußen die zwei kleinen Gartentische mit den Stühlen sowie der Steg am Wasser mit dem Sitzsack zum relaxen. Die Küche war mit zwei Kaffeeautomaten und gut ausreichenden hübschen Geschirr sowie allen notwendigen Utensil ausgestattet. In der 1. Etage waren das schicke Badezimmer und die ruhigen Schlafräume. Auch 2 Fahrräder von Johan haben wir genutzt, zwei weitere Räder haben wir von den ganz netten und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn geliehen. Im Verleih war alles ausgebucht… Unser Gastgeber Johan war für uns immer zeitnah erreichbar, hat uns sehr gute Tipps für die Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Essen gehen gegeben. Kurzum: wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, würden gern wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Top plek om in een weekend Dordrecht te ontdekken. Centrum met gezellige pleintjes, diverse winkels, musea en veel verschillende restaurants op loopafstand. Huis is super fijn, alles is aanwezig. Bij mooi weer heerlijk in de tuin gezeten en toen het afkoelde was het binnen ook heerlijk zitten. We hebben een rondvaart door Dordrecht gedaan met DRIJF en door de Biesbosch met Si-Baronne. Heerlijk gegeten bij La Cebolla en Villa Augustus.

Clean and spacious place and well equipped. Sue was answering fast and was helpfull. Nearby restaurants and market. Parking on the street, we always found a place, even at late evening.

The pictures don’t do justice to the actual house ! Super comfortable home and the perfect hosts ! If you have a baby, this is just the place to book without thinking twice !!

I stayed for a month, and the apartment was great. It was so lovely to sit at the open windows overlooking the canal, the bed was very comfortable, I had everything I needed, and it's a short bike ride to anywhere. The tour of the upstairs was fascinating! Good to know: Part of the beauty of this place is that it's near the center, in the old section. That means there are canals everywhere, it has tons of character and history, and it's easy to get anywhere on foot or by bike. It also means that it is near a touristy area. Don't let that stop you! I don't like the hordes of tourists at all, but I was happy here. I simply rode a few blocks away at the busiest times to escape. And Herengracht itself in front of the building isn't crowded. Sure, canal tour boats glide by, but they're fun to watch. The couch is comfy, the chairs are less so, but two people can enjoy the couch. The kitchen is a little bit worn, but it was clean and served my purposes (I did not cook). I would return!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in perfekter Lage für Familien mit Kindern. Gegenüber befindet sich ein großer, sicher erreichbarer Spielplatz mit vielen kostenlosen Attraktionen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Ferienanlage mit vielen Kinderaktivitäten, die jedoch für Privatgäste kostenpflichtig sind und teuer ausfallen. Zahlung erfolgt per Karte oder bar (ohne Wechselgeld). Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, auch wenn Freizeitangebote außerhalb der Anlage begrenzt und nur mit längerer Anfahrt erreichbar sind.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'Elien et Franck, qui est parfaite pour une famille avec 3 enfants. La maison est très joliment décorée et confortable, on s'y sent comme chez soi! La communication a été très facile même si nous n'avons pas rencontré nos hôtes, tout était très bien expliqué et des douceurs nous attendaient à l'arrivée, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avions fait le choix de tout faire à pied et le trajet vers l'embarcadère est un peu long (20 mn à pieds) mais en vélo ce doit être plus court. Le trajet en ferry gratuit vers la gare centrale est facile et amusant (un départ toutes les 15 mn pour une traversée de moins de 15 mn). Nous recommandons donc vivement!

This was a perfect house to visit Utrecht. Quiet area and a 5 min walk to be in the centre of town. Tons and Peter were lovely hosts. Great communication and they met us to show us round the house. We loved sitting on the balcony and in the little garden. Utrecht was hot but the house remained cool as it’s surrounded by gardens and trees which was a delight.

In dem Haus von Katya und Michiel haben wir eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Genial und sehr hilfreich waren die uns kurz vor unserer Abreise zugesandten Videos, in denen Katya die einzelnen Räume und Geräte genau beschrieben und erläutert hat. Problemlos waren die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Unsere eigenen Fahrräder konnten wir sehr gut und sicher in dem zugehörigen Gartenhaus unterbringen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und umfassend eingerichtet. Die ruhige Lage war für unsere Fahrradtouren perfekt, denn man kann in alle Himmelsrichtungen direkt vom Haus aus auf schönen Radwegen sehenswerte Ziele erreichen (z. B. Den Haag, Scheveningen, Katwijk, Leiden, Blumenroute um Lisse, Delft). Rotterdam lässt sich sehr gut mit der Metro (Den Haag – Rotterdam) besuchen (Tageskarte ca. 10 €), wobei wir mit dem Rad zur Metro-Station Voorburg 't Loo (ca. 4,5 km) gefahren sind.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt wirklich super – genau wie beschrieben und sehr angenehm. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war besonders positiv: immer freundlich, schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Als wir über Airbnb geschrieben haben, wurde sofort reagiert. In der Nachbarschaft fanden während unseres Aufenthalts Renovierungsarbeiten statt, wofür die Gastgeber natürlich nichts konnten – sie haben sich direkt entschuldigt, da sie selbst vorher nicht informiert wurden. Die Küche hätte etwas sauberer sein können, aber das war wirklich der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt. Alles andere war top – ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft von Arjan ist absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Arjans Haus. Der Check-In war durch einen Code super einfach und sehr flexibel. Die Lage ist einfach nur super. Zu Fuß ist man in ein paar Minuten am Strand, in der Stadt oder im Supermarkt. Unser Auto haben wir ebenfalls fußläufig in einer Parkgarage am Strand parken können. Hier kann man auch ein Wochenticket kaufen, sodass das Abstellen nicht all zu teuer wird. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit sehr großen und bequemen Betten. Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich unter dem Dach und hat keine Tür. Uns als Familie hat dies nicht gestört, man sollte es aber beachten, wenn man zum Beispiel mit Freunden das Haus nutzen möchte, da die Privatsphäre in dem Schlafzimmer nicht zu 100% gegeben ist. Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus war ebenfalls super! Besen, Staubsauger und Putzmittel waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Gut bei einem längeren Aufenthalt.

Yes, the apartment is small…but the LOCATION! Absolutely perfect! We have stayed in other apartments not quite as close to town and they were loud. This apartment manages to be incredibly close and peaceful. Quite a feat! The stairs were a bit of a challenge - my husband’s feet could not fit on them and he ended up taking them backwards. I just went sideways. Tall guys beware! And the space is small - but the secret is to get out and see everything around you. The windows bring in the light so you feel pushed to go out and explore. Enjoy!!

Our family had a fabulous stay in Utrecht at Laurens' house. It was very clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed and more. The neighbourhood has lots to do and some great cafes. It's about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre, but not a problem if you rent bikes and there are a lot of bike rental spots near the house. We have two small children and had a great time exploring the nearby neighbourhood playgrounds and bike routes. There is a great animal park nearby, too. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who is staying in Utrecht. Hopefully we will be back in a few years! Thank you, Laurens and Tiffany!

Super location! Accommodation was exactly as described/in photos. Hank was proactive and responsive with communications. A lovely house with authentic Amsterdam character, brilliantly located for exploring all the main attractions - and chilling by the canal. Would highly recommend.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie in der Beschreibung – sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch zentral - alles ist gut zu Fuß oder Bahn erreichbar. Roel ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Stayed for a week at Sharona's beautiful townhouse. Loved the decor and appliances. Sharona was so quick to respond to questions. Check-in and out was super easy, parking outside was close to the entrance for easy packing and unloading the car. We were 4 adults and liked the dishwasher for easy clean-up after cooking. Good selection of cleaning products provided, very clean facilities. Linens smelled fresh. Big bathroom with cabinets to store and organize toiletries between the 4 of us, taking a hot bath was delightful. One thing that could be improved are dressers to store clothing. Like other reviewers noted we also lived out of our suitcases for the duration. My mother adored the space and her room, she said she'd consider airbnbs in the future to hotels for the cost and space convenience. Grocery store 2 min walk from the townhouse. We were approached by the neighbors who demanded to know who we were and why we were here. He said we seemed suspicious and asked our intentions.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Pays-Bas. La maison est très agréable et bien située, à la fois en ville et proche de la nature. La communication avec notre hôte a été facile et nous avions toutes les informations nécessaires avant même notre départ. C'est une belle première expérience sur AirB&B. Je recommande vivement.

This whole house on the wharf of the Oudegracht canal is amazing. So close to the city centre and Twijnstraat has many cafes and shops - both food and other. Jan Paul was super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay on the wharf.

We loved staying in Heidi's home. it was very easy to find with a train stop right across from the house. the house itself was very clean, the beds were comfy and the garden is a lovely addition. there are playgrounds near by so ideal for children we did have a couple of issues but Heidi was quick to respond. overall it's an ideal location for a family.

Marie's place was outstanding and we had a great stay. It is super quiet and comfy, shops with everything you need nearby, calm yet close to the center. Would love to come again!

Beautiful flat with a well stocked kitchen. The location was close to everything. The stairs are more like a ladder but once you get used to them they are fine. Overall a very nice, clean ,comfortable place to stay.

Monique hat uns in ihrem charmanten Haus herzlich willkommen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen überdachten Flur mit einem kleinen Bad. Hinter der Eingangstür befindet sich ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Im oberen Stockwerken befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit offenem Bad. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage! Zu dem wunderschönen, großen Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenfalls nur kurz entfernt sind viele Bars und Restaurants. In die Innenstadt von Den Haag sind es nur 15min mit der Tram. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Monique übernachten, wenn wir das nächste mal in Den Haag sind :)

Perfect holiday despite changeable weather and rail strikes. Adrie and Sacco are lovely, kind people..thank you so much! House is very well equipped in a brilliant location. We enjoyed long walks around Juliana park and the new city beach and of course around the boat havens. We hope to come back next year.

Dirk and his Wife were there to Welcome us upon our arrival and recommended lovely places for us to buy local cheese and have Dinner. The town is so beautiful and perfect for relaxation and the Location is near all amneties (groceries, shops, Center of the Village with cafés and a Saturday Market!). It's very walkable and cyclable and most Restaurants we're dog-friendly. The Cottage House was modern and equiped of a full kitchen and a cute terrace at the back with an Outdoor Fireplace that we used every night for romantic Moments. It was decorated with taste all whilst representing hygge. We really enjoyed our prolonged weekend in Huizen!! Thank you for having us!
