Monthly Rentals in Tha Sai

We stayed for two weeks and had a great experience. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The internet was impressively fast (463/338 Mbps), which was perfect for remote work. There are some extra amenities not listed in the description that were provided, which was a pleasant surprise. While the room and kitchen are both quite small, they're still very functional and well-equipped. The location is very convenient — there's a 7-Eleven just 10 meters away, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The MRT and BTS stations are about 500 meters away, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.

Clean home and quiet neighborhood. Near Mahidol University and was a great place for my family to stay while they visited me. Good communication from the host and would recommend this place.

It was a really great place to stay. We lived there for 2 months and it was a great place to work, live and have fun inside the compound (Inside the compound is a swimming pool and gym, free to use after you register your passports, small photo of yourself and a confirmation of rental contract from the landlord, all provided to the helpful staff. Host helped us to make these Leisure ID cards. There is a 7/11 just inside the compound as well as a laundrette to wash clothes and also, massage parlours. Immediately next to the building is a small but amazing food court where made-to-order food is available until 11pm. The apartment is a little bit far from the center on the main road next to the flat, near the bus stops. It is very peaceful in the flat. The shower is very strong with hot water. The air conditioners are powerful with one in each room. The WiFi is very fast and reliable. The host responds really quickly to every message. He was really helpful. We really enjoyed ourstay here!

Great apartment complex outside the touristy areas for a good price. It was clean, comfortable and functional for both short and long term stays. We very much enjoyed the use of the pool, gym and co working spaces. The hosts were very kind and were quick with communication. They allowed us early check in which was much appreciated. If you’re in the market for a stay outside the city center for some rest and relaxation, would highly recommend this place.
