Cute little place, shared pool and common area, private entrance, lots of great walkable restaurants.

Cozy place to stay and the court yard was great for my morning reading. Felt almost like u were in the country. Fort Worth was close by and all its activities. Description of kitchen is accurate. Cooking is mainly for quick meals, but plenty of restaurants nearby.

Perfect for a parent and a small child. Is exactly what I was looking for. Location is off of Ocean drive and Cole Park which is great if wanting to go for a bike ride. White cap beach and Port A is only 35 min away. Would definitely come again

Kate and Courtney were fantastic hosts, always responsive and helpful. We appreciated the attention to detail and the generous touches - coffee, tea and snacks. Even though this is a small space it is well designed and thoughtfully arranged making it feel cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of the property.

It was such a cute find! So pleased to have stayed at this location. Everything was clean and in great condition. If this place is available, book it!! Friendly reminder: to enter and leave, you must be able to climb a spiral staircase.

Beautiful little place in a private and peaceful settings. We absolutely love the place. We had fired up the grill for some BBQ. NO problems as we brought our own paper plates and plastic utensils. Anne’s was kind enough to allow us taking back some of her clean well water. Will be back as long as Anna’s place is opened. Thank you Anna and god bless!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Mary Ann was the absolute sweetest host! We want to adopt her!! She made sure we had the most unforgettable experience. Even had our favorite beer waiting for us when we arrived! The location was the absolute best with easy in and out of the river right at our steps. Tons of trees and shade! Shes very knowledgeable about the area! She even took us up the river and dropped us off! We have decided we will be making this place our yearly vacation destination!! You will not be disappointed if you book this place!!

Amazing spot for a weekend getaway, would definitely come back

Both units we rented were great, clean and spacious. I only gave a 4 because I thought the pool house was a 1 bedroom… it’s 1 room with a bed and sitting area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay at this place. The premises were spotless, and Melissa, our host, was incredibly responsive. She promptly answered any questions I had. I will definitely be booking again when I’m back in Houston!

Such a beautiful neighborhood! Andrew’s listing was so beautiful and clean! The yard you have access to was perfect for our dog to run around in he had so much fun! The neighborhood had a ton of walking trails that were so fun to explore!

I booked this property last minute needing a place to stay for my last night in Austin after a 3 day event. The instant book made it easy. It was the perfect space for R&R. My favorite things were the SUPER cozy blanket in the living room since the leather couch was cold & seeing the greenery through all the windows. To enjoy the patio space, Mark provides tons of bug spray & stuff — or you can enjoy it from the inside! I would absolutely stay here again — and hopefully visit the springs & see the bats. Ps. There’s 3 different fluffiness of pillows on the bed which was amazing to see since I like the more flat options 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Sandra was an amazing host—kind, compassionate, and incredibly understanding. I had a stressful moment when I accidentally locked myself out with my dogs inside. I couldn’t access the Airbnb app because my phone was also inside. Sandra didn’t hesitate to offer support once she learned what happened. She even changed the lock settings to help future guests avoid the same issue. Her thoughtful and prompt responses meant the world to me. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, but what truly made the experience memorable was the human connection and Sandra’s genuine concern for my well-being. If you’re looking for a place where the host truly cares and will go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of, this is it. Thank you again, Sandra, for being so thoughtful and proactive. I felt safe, heard, and supported—and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Spent 3 days and 2 nights here. Check in was smooth, Robert was quick to respond to our questions, and he also accommodated an early check in. The place was very clean, peaceful, and the location was perfect. The airbnb had everything we needed and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay close to downtown yet far enough to enjoy peace. We will definitely book again when we are back in town.

super great spot..it was exactly what we were looking for/what we needed! our son had a tournament at Rocker B Ranch over the weekend. Rooms at the ranch are super pricey! This spot is 5 min up the road from the ranch so its really easy to run back & forth between games/at the end of the day. communication, check-in/check-out, cleanliness, price point ~ everything was just right. cute little spot, good size rooms..pretty much everything you need for a weekend stay! My wife & I commented a few times over the weekend..."Man, we got pretty lucky finding this spot" lol. Whether you're just passing through or playing at Rocker B ~ this place is 🤌🏽🤌🏽

Julie is so incredibly responsive - I would always receive a response back minutes after sending her a message through Airbnb. I also must commend her on her patience with my cats - this was their first time in a different environment and a few things ended up broken. Julie was incredibly understanding and helpful in resolving the issue. Thank you so much for your helpfulness and patience!

I chose to rent this space because it was close to a park where I was working on a project. It was so easy to find and get into. I very much appreciated the gated parking as I had a work truck with supplies and gated parking just added an extra level of security to what I had. I'm familiar with the neighborhood this Airbnb is located in and can say it's wonderful for visitors of any kind -- very close to all kinds of restaurants, shops, nightlife, nature, and other essentials like grocery stores. The area is very walkable and I would even recommend it to anyone who travels and likes to bike around. The inside of the Airbnb was beautiful and had everything I needed. I loved the unique decor and finishes to the apartment and felt very comfortable and safe in the space. I got the chance to meet one of the owners before leaving and he was so sweet and kind and it made me feel even better about choosing this rental. I hope to stay again if I need to come back to SA in the future!
