Just book it. I have to brag on Ashley; she is absolutely AMAZING. I told her that I was booking her place for a Ladies Retreat and that I will be making brunch on Sunday. Not only did Ashley get us an extra twin bed to make sure that everyone was comfortable, but she also got us additional serving platters to make sure my brunch was perfect. Excellent communication from beginning to end. During our stay, a very bad storm came in and we lost power. When we woke up trees and powerlines were down. Ashley came to house with a cooler with ice for us because she knew we had a lot of food from the brunch. She also brought us some batteries, fans and flashlights. During the power restoration process, she kept up updated with status and made sure we were ok the entire time. Because of the storm, she also extended a late check out to our group. I highly and undoubtable recommend staying at Ashley's place. You will NOT regret it. It's clean, beautiful and the LAKE. Two thumbs up. Thanks Ashley.

The house is way larger than it appears! The backyard has plenty to do and it is excellent size. This is the perfect Airbnb for a family with young children. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. I actually grew up in this neighborhood and we come back once a month for work and we will be staying here again.

The lake views were beautiful. The pool is sparkling and relaxing and was cleaned frequently during our stay. Plenty of outdoor seating and sleeping spaces for big families or big groups. Home was very clean and well maintained. The host responded quickly to an issue we had and was friendly and took immediate action.

Loved our stay. Just what we needed to relax and unwind. Perfect for unplugging from the world and enjoying the family! Host was very communicative and friendly! House well very well stocked and visitors needs well thought of. A lot of love went into this home and it shows! We will most certainly be back.

Beautiful home! Perfect for our family of 8 adults. We enjoyed all the pool and all the lovely spaces outside. The kitchen was well appointed with everything including spices and pantry items. We cooked all of our meals while we were there. The beds were very comfortable. We highly recommend this property! Looking forward to returning for another family get together.

I rented this place out and invited all of our family and friends for my girlfriend‘s proposal. Check-in was extremely seamless and easy. Angie and Elizabeth responded to our questions rather quickly. Out of all the Airbnb‘s that I’ve rented out this place had everything that we needed as far as necessities and supplies so there was no need to buy extra things. I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I had the greatest proposal with the most beautiful scenery looking over the lake. Thank you guys so much, I really appreciate it!

This was one of my favorite air b and bs,I felt at home immediately and was able to bond with my grandchildren,the view from the back porch was beautiful,if you enjoy listening to birds while enjoying a good cup of coffee and a beautiful sunrise this is a great find!

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with Little Bo’s A-Frame Cabin! The channel behind the house was perfect for fishing and watching the local wildlife. This place was exactly what we were looking for to rest, relax, and destress. We’ll definitely be staying there again.

House was beautiful! Only “complaint” is for those sensitive to the light: there are no black out curtains provided. It’s worse in the front room because the flood/spot light by the garage is motion activated and turns on every five seconds, shining right into the room. Other than that: everything was amazing

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. The location was great and made getting around easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was a beautiful space and so peaceful! We felt right at home and were able to stay on separate floors with private spaces for my daughter and her baby. The kitchen was fully stocked if you needed anything at all. The bed was comfortable and the water extremelyhot in the shower, which was a beautiful design. The antiques throughout the house made it feel even more comfortable and to me. But my favorite part had to be the view which included live and up close views of a small grazing herd of deer each evening right outside our steps. Would absolutely book again!

Felt right at home. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything you could possibly need. The smoke house is awesome & made bbqing fun. It felt like a secluded hideaway near the water. Definitely recommend staying here.

It’s a great place to be in, if you want to have a peaceful time with your family. We were there for our kid’s birthday, our kid was never ready to come back from the backyard. Best place to enjoy sunrise! Overall a great place!

Sara's property on the Llano is great. We celebrated a family weekend here - from the house to river, it had everything needed to have a really great time. This property is conveniently located between Llano and Castell if anything is needed.

This place is a hidden gem with peaceful views. The pictures just didn't do it justice. Thank you Courtney and Shane for being very welcoming! I look forward to staying there again in the future!

Great communication from the host. Very helpful. Beautiful home and wonderful location. Lots of property. Lots of beautiful nature. Lots of parking. Great outdoor space. Everything you could need for a wonderful stay.

Overall, a really great place to- despite the massive rainfall that made me dock unusable the last two days. The giant windows overlooking the water were gorgeous and the air conditioning was ice cold! The master bed was pretty hard and the pillows were a little flat. We ended up having to grab a mattress topper and some pillows from Walmart after the first night. But the kids loved it and it was plenty of space for us!

We have not always had the best luck with air bnb’s but this place is awesome! The location is absolutely beautiful and the home is clean and very comfortable. The only complaint is with the wasp (which is understandable with the and dog hair from the last guest was all over the couch but we covered them with sheets and it was fine. Other than that the house was very clean and we loved staying in it and making great memories. The hose was amazing and very responsive, thank you!

The home was perfect for my young family of four, + two grandparents and exactly as described, a beautiful location. It was seemingly all brand new inside and spotless, which was extremely appreciated after previous vacation rentals. The excessive June rain caused the dock/yard to be underwater -absolutely not the hosts fault- The younger family members walked through/stood in the water to fish and swim from it anyways. For future June rainfall guests: The lake is separated by a bridge, the home is located off of this bridge. The home is on the small section and the rest of the lake is under the bridge. The water level meant we couldn't boat under the bridge to return the older folks directly to the house during the heat of the day. If your bringing old folks who need to be inside during midday, I'd advise guests to check expected rainfall for June in the year they rent. If you've got a young family June is no problem.
