Monthly Rentals in Terrabianca

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

Ervis’s apartment is simply decorated with no clutter. Everything is spotlessly clean with beautiful large sliding glass doors looking directly on the Adriatic Sea. There is a huge balcony off of the living space and a large balcony with a washing machine off of the master bedroom. Plenty of space and great windows throughout the apartment too. There is parking right at the apartment entrance with a locked security gated area. Ervis gave us great restaurant recommendations and a good price on his beach rentals which are directly across the street. The street is lined with shops and restaurants and a beautiful “Lungomare” for walking. So lovely and convenient! We loved this area and really enjoyed his apartment. Thank you, Ervis!

We loved the location, in the middle of the hills, with a splendid view of a vineyard and the adjacent hills... and then of course the view of the sea! The apartment perfectly matches the description, and Adelina was really kind in everything (check-in and check-out times, and support after closing the keys in the house :D) You can park your car 100 meters from the apartment, under beautiful olive trees and enjoying the surrounding view. However, you can still get under the apartment for loading/unloading. I therefore recommend the apartment to those who prefer the tranquility of the hill to the chaos of the waterfront, which is still easily accessible by car in 5 minutes.

We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!
