We had a fantastic stay at Susana's. Susana was super nice and helpful. A great host. Susana's house is well located, 2-3 min. walk away is a great place to swim. It's not far by car to the beautiful plateau at Mount Pico and it's also close to whale watching. The house had everything you needed. We will be happy to come back.

Absolutely amazing place for a couple of days of relaxation. The top balcony is great as you can see the sun set and enjoy the sea view while having dinner. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows and even gives you coffee capsules and a water just in case. 5 stars

Maud's house is very pretty, the ocean view is beautiful. We had a very good stay, communication with Maud was quick and easy. We often cooked and there were all the necessary utensils, and even some provisions. Parking was more complicated, as indicated in the listing, and we preferred to park in front of the house on the side of the road. Cars pass quite close to the house, but once the shutters are closed the noise is limited. The house is damp and there is only one dehumidifier, if there could be one in each room it would be more effective. We recommend Maud's house for your stay in Pico!

The accommodation is really fantastically beautiful and you felt right at home. 😍 You are right by the sea. However, this accommodation is not recommended without a rental car, as it is just under 25 minutes' drive from Madalena and thus from shopping and restaurants. However, if you love peace and quiet like we do, you've come to the right place. At night, however, there is less peace, as Azorean ducks keep you awake while searching for nests. 😅 All in all, still recommended. 🙃
