Thank you to Edoardo for his courtesy and efficiency, always ready to help when requested. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Perfect for me who had to do some work waiting for my son to finish his sailing cruise. Quiet and fast connection even if with some , rare, instability. In this case, too, Edoardo immediately offered to change the router, which I did not consider necessary. Just one warning, you must have a means of transport because stores, bars and restaurants are a few kilometers away.

We stayed in the apartment for two months — from March to May. The apartment is bright, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great Wi-Fi and a spacious terrace with sun loungers. The host is very friendly and responsive — he always replied quickly to any questions or requests. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and starting in May, it’s equipped with sunbeds and plenty of seaside cafés. Walking along the wide sandy beach to the city center became part of our daily routine. The city center offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets. The only downside of the apartment is the poor sound insulation between neighboring units. Other than that, everything was perfect!

My partner and I are two paragliding pilots. We had booked for 4 nights, Pietro's little house is very close to the center (two steps). We parked the car practically under the house. It was easy to reach, Pietro provided clear directions, In the house we found everything necessary and even more (sugar, salt, oil, pasta, coffee) although we did not use it but it was so nice to find everything, because the small attentions make the difference. Very comfortable mattress, internet works very well. Back was a responsive host. We had a beautiful experience, we will definitely be back 🩷

We stayed at Antonella's cottage for a week and had the most amazing time! The cottage is very private, with available parking spot and 5 to 15 minute drive range to all the places you might need during your stay. Antonella and her husband are very friendly and caring hosts. We had no problem with using the shared garden and enjoying our very own veranda and dinning space. The cottage is top notch modern but very cozy and feels like home. When next time we are back in Latina, this will be our destination 100%!
