Monthly Rentals in Tembalang

Honestly had issues when i first arrived to check in. I was already very tired from traveling and just wanted to finally sleep when I checked in. All issues were eventually taken care of the soonest possible. The place can still have a few improvements to make anyone's stay even more pleasant but really nothing that would discourage you from booking a stay. The host is great and reasonable and he is someone who listens to your concerns. I appreciate that he prepared a wifi sim as I requested and is very responsive, gracious, and helpful. Not my first time in Semarang and I am very familiar with Alton already. William's place is something I would recommend to others.

the apartment is exactly as we expected. purposedly choose this place, because we have another unit there where our family stayed, so it makes it easy for us to move around. check in was very smooth. interior was tidy, everything was clean. food are easy to access with deliveries, although we stayed during eid al fitr which makes a lot of our favourites closed for holiday. but still plenty of options. it has no washing machine, but do know that there is a great laundry next to the building. location also right in front the toll gate, which make it easy to access.

the place is good. clean. the house may be the stylie is old, but it's clean and tidy. the house keeper is responsive. the room is 4, 1 room below the big, the 3 on the small. the living room is clean. the ventilation is good. there is a piano for play too. early, the air conditioning is a bit hot, call the house keeper, it's serviced and it's cold. recommended.
