Really lovely place to stay in totnes, easily walkable to the town (which is a fab place with vintage shopping/restaurants/pubs/market/castle) and easily accessible by car with parking. Small space but tastefully decorated and perfect for 2 of us. Excellent hosts went above and beyond including freshly baked pastries for breakfast and even posting on an item that we left behind! Would recommend to anyone.

We were so delighted with the overall place! The pool and hottub were a big bonus! The bedrooms were beautiful and the bed linen was so clean and smelt incredible! Katka was a wonderful, friendly host, but didn't interfer with our privacy! The sea views from the balcony made for a stunning spot to relax while the kids played in the pool. Our little one was well catered for with toys and swim floats and a travel cot. Also they loved being able to play in the garden which was amother massive bonus for our kids. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again. It made pur birthday celebration so special. Thank you so so much!

Gorgeous place with everything you'd want to have a cute little weekend away!! hot tub was set up so all we had to do was pull back the cover and hop right in. Kitchen had everything needed to cook whatever meals you fancy. Just a 2 minute walk away from the local and less than a 10 minute drive out to the moors.. perfect!!

Had a great stay at the annexe! Great location, and friendly hosts. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Bonus was the apple orchard on the property where we started each morning drinking our coffees and playing with our dog. Hope to be back sometime, highly recommend!

Perfect Airbnb. Ruth was quick and helpful with communications and her place is clean, modern, comfortable with everything I needed. Great location, very private and a short walk to the shops and to the seafront, with the convenience of free off-street parking right outside. Thank you Ruth!

The garDEN studio is a little gem, it's easily the best place we have stayed in for a long time. The studio is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. It's a comfortable, well designed with high quality fixtures and fittings. The decking is peaceful and private with a great view and you are welcome to wander in Theresa and Simon's beautiful garden. Theresa and Simon make you feel very welcome and they are very easy to communicate with. There are lots of little touches and extras in the garDEN studio that make your stay very comfortable. Private parking in Dartmouth is rare and the walk into town easy. We were sad to leave this studio but I feel sure we will return in the future.

Loved our stay here, it is in such a nice location! Nice quiet area but close enough to the nearby towns. The host was so responsive and left us milk, scones and a mini Prosecco which was lovely, would book again!

End Barn was delightful and so cosy. Andrea was the perfect host - very friendly, helpful and popped in to make sure everything was ok. Great directions. Would definitely recommend.

it is a lovely place suitable for couples and mornings are magical.great access .we had no issue for finding a car park as well.

I stayed for three nights in this accommodation, it was perfectly located for me because it was near to family. It was also not too far away from town or too far away from the Moor and all of the outdoor activities. The place ticked all the boxes for me, clean, quiet and in great condition. Pip was a great communicator and couldn’t be more helpful. It’s my second time staying and next time I’m in the area I’ll be happy to stay again.

A really lovely clean lodge. Stephen was very quick at responding to messages. We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. A bit of info that might be useful to others: we bought a 7 short stay pass from pool reception in order to use the pools and gym (£30 adults and £15 kids). There wasn’t a hair dryer so you might want to pack one!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Pitstop, Laura was a great host, sent links with info for activities, told us the nearest pubs, beaches ect. The pitstop was beautifully clean and had everything you need for the stay. We highly recommend the Pitstop. For breakfast you can't go wrong with Jacquie's cafe just down the road, super friendly and welcoming. Excellent food at the Waterside Inn pub but make sure you book as it gets very busy, if you do get stuck Jades Chinese Takeaway across the road also comes with our high recommendation. Absolutely perfect break from dad to day life, thank you so much Laura and Joni!

We stayed Monday to Friday and had a great time. Dawn was helpful throughout and the annexe was well-equipped with kitchen essentials, fresh towels, and a smart TV with Netflix. The bed was comfortable, and the sofa was great for relaxing. She kindly left us milk, juice, and some excellent coffee bags we’ll be buying ourselves. The driveway is steep but manageable, and the road is private with no traffic. It’s a convenient base for exploring Devon and close to major shops and Exeter. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back at some point in the near future.

Gen is a really great host. Very warm, friendly and extremely helpful but not intrusive. The accommodation is beautifully presented and very high specification. The location was perfect for us, very quiet in the beautiful village of Lympstone, but close to all the local amenities. Topsham is a particular highlight, and the beach at Orcombe Point is a favourite of ours... our dog, Juno had a wonderful time there! Many thanks to Gen & Mike from Mark & Carolyn.

Great location to explore Salcombe and surrounding areas. Perfect for accessing amazing walks including the coast path and beaches. Freya’s instructions were really clear and the recommendations for restaurants and exploring the local area were brilliant. The Secret Garden is beautifully decorated and is furnished to a high standard. Freya provides everything you need. Very dog friendly with a lovely garden. Salcombe is a short drive away or is easily walkable. Thank you Freya, would definitely recommend!

Very relaxing, comfortable, clean and enjoyable

Wonderful room situated overlooking the harbour , walking distance from everywhere - we didn't take the car out of the carpark for the whole visit. Really clean and very comfy accommodation for myself and Jane we loved it - bit tricky to unload and load car but worth the hassle. Bathroom wonderful - loads of space large shower his and hers sinks and loads of hot water and toiletries - bath bit small for me as large bloke. Great food locally recommend Breakfast - Breakwater 10 min walk Dinner - Albert's 5 min walk Fish and Chips - either Rockfish or Chish and Fipps Ice Cream - is cream Dirty Pizza from Brixham Grill and Fish Real Ales - Blue Anchor or The Manor Battery Gardens worth a walk 30 mins up hill - secret cove with tearooms very cool Very relaxing and wonderful place to stay - highly recommend - great hosts. Tanya is an amazing host very responsive and it’s an amazing place she has. Very easy to find with detailed check in instructions and also very relaxed on times. The place was so clean and tidy and also a lovely few extra touches put in place. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking!

Conway Cottage is in a perfect location, and the Annexe was comfy and spotless. The basket of bread, eggs etc on arrival was very much appreciated. As on previous visits, Jackie and Mark were friendly and welcoming and always on hand to answer any queries. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to this lovely part of the world.

Had a fabulous stay we stayed an extra night so we could have Sunday Roast at local Pub which was the best we had on our 4mth trip around the whole of UK. Lovely friendly hosts and would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful location and fantastic host. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The hot tub was very much welcomed after a long day of exploring. We will be back to visit Sarah and the Tree-top again!

We had a fabulous stay at Lizi's accommodation - it was absolutely perfect & Lizi was most helpful - loved the Hot Tub in the lovely private garden. We will definitely be back !!

Loved my stay here. The garden room has been planned out so well & feels spacious but cosy even though it’s a small space. I loved having French doors to open in the evening. I slept really well and enjoyed the shower. Really convenient for me as well.
