Holiday rentals with a patio in Teignbridge

What an amazing stay, Dominic was really helpful and patient with all my pre arrival questions and during our stay. Response time was really good. Dominics place was really clean and clear of clutter exactly what we needed for our trip. We spent the weekend kayaking, visiting lots of beaches and the Paignton airshow. so central for attractions. Needed a large space to come back to at the end of the day and unload beach gear before setting off again, the living area was perfect. Really recommend Dominics place

Lovely little base for trips to the beach and local walks. The airbnb was spotless and very comfortable - a great use of space, with all essentials provided! We particularly appreciated the little box of cookies and tea/coffee on arrival which was a lovely touch. It's a very convenient location, and it was incredibly helpful to have parking since the seafront isn't the easiest place to find a space! Josh (the host) was really friendly and welcoming, and very quick to respond to questions. Highly recommended!

The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

POSITIVES Lovely stay. Such a quick easy walk into town, yet when you’re at the property it feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere, so quiet and private!! Lovely, friendly hosts, who both introduced themselves, as they live above the accommodation, but with a completely separate building entrance. CONSIDERATIONS There isn’t much of an outdoor area to use while you get ready to go out, though there is some bench seating on a grassy area away from the accommodation that you could use. The water pressure is quite poor, and the second anyone else turns on a tap the shower becomes a trickle. these considerations are small, and do not take away from the fact it was a lovely stay, and a really nice apartment!

It is a very quiet location with great views of the coast and sea. A short hilly walk into Dawlish where the river runs through and the black swans swim. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A lovely one bedroom flat with a bright spacious living/kitchen area. Lovely big window to see the great view, with outdoor seating at the front on the balcony and at the back. Decorated to a high standard and well kitted out. It is very central and very convenient for the harbour and the shops. There are lots of great fish restaurants and coastal walks and places to visit. We could have stayed longer! Brixham is built on hills and the property is reached down a flight of stairs, so we followed a previous reviewers tip and packed light - one cabin bag and one backpack each. You hear the seagulls and church bells in the front room which I loved, but the bedroom at the back is very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My friend and I stayed for four nights at the Annexe, just home from home, kitchen was well equipped and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfy and I especially liked having a blind and curtains which gave a seemingly blacked out room; again home from home. As for the shower room the fish wallpaper was very quirky and the shower was so refreshing, especially after walking a fair few miles. If you want to explore the Devon coast this is definitely a good place to stay, there is a local bus service and Teignmouth train station is approximately 5 mins drive away.

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

Skylark cottage is a beautiful place to stay. Everything new and modern with everything you could possibly need for a stay there. Kitchen was sparkling and the bedrooms were roomy with VERY comfortable beds! The bathrooms / shower rooms ( 3 of them!) were fantastic. And the garden was perfect for us and our 2 dogs who loved playing safely out there. Dilys was very helpful with text communications and Terry waited to let us in when we arrived. There were lots of leaflets with local walks and further afield activities- and a 10% off card for the local pub!!! The best Airbnb we have stayed in. Thank you for having us!!

We had a wonderful day in this beautiful cottage. We felt right at home as Holly had communicated everything to us beforehand. She was on hand throughout our stay and so accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in Figgy Cottage for a long weekend, whist meeting up with relatives - what a great place, very relaxing, dog-friendly house and garden, beautiful surroundings, lovely walks nearby (including one to the pub!). We had a fantastic time, hope to come back next year, many thanks John and Emma x

Great communications from the host with some suggestions for walks/ days out and also responsive to queries. The accommodation itself is lovely and as per the photos. The real gem is the lovely waterfront view, especially enjoyed in the late afternoon sunshine. We liked Calstock and enjoyed the walk around the wetlands and to Cotehele and back and the mobile Pizza on Wednesday evenings is to be recommended. The Calstock ferry had just restarted and this would also be a nice way to head up to Cotehele and back once the schedule is fully established. Provisions need to be brought in from outside the village though, we found the Asda Express near Gunnislake pretty good for that.

We had a truly wonderful few days at Mel's amazing place in Topsham - we didn't want to leave! The cottage is perfect - it has everything you could possibly need and it's just a stone's throw from the beautiful quayside and fabulous shops and restaurants of Topsham. We thoroughly enjoyed walking the local area and got the bus to Exeter (so easy) - eating out locally was a real joy, so many places to choose from. Mel's home is cosy and beautifully decorated. If you're thinking about a trip to this area book it now! We will be back.

A beautiful and spacious apartment with a delightful patio garden, offering a charming view over Brixham. Comfortable and well equipped, the apartment was spotless. Moira was warm and welcoming. I cannot imagine a better place to stay.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

We've stayed with Di a few times and intend to do so again. It is so convenient- only a few minutes from the High Street and all the shops, restaurants etc. It is also very quiet and peaceful at night, unlike so other town-centre locations! It is always extremely clean and we feel very comfortable here. Thanks Di!

Nice little apartment in a perfect location. Short walk to a beautiful harbour with plenty of bars/restaurants. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, with nice seating area in the courtyard

Diana was the perfect host and couldn’t do enough to make our stay just as perfect. The accommodation was pristine and exceeded expectations. The gardens were peaceful and tranquil. I can’t rate this property highly enough and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a convenient location for surrounding areas. We were there for a wedding so can’t comment on the wider area and what’s on offer.

Karens place is beautifully decorated there is nothing gone to chance this place is exceptionally well presented, its absolutely beautiful and great value for money, I stayed there whilst I was working away so was a bit gutted I couldn't enjoy it longer! this is a must if in the area, it has everything a couple or family could wish for, I'd love to return with my family!

I really should say something horrible to put people off... so that my wife and I can book it whenever we want to!! However.... it was a fantastic apartment, with great facilities, everything we needed and a few extra things we weren't expecting, which made it really special. Parking under cover was a real bonus. And the location was simply perfect. Close to the beach, the station, and the town. Can't wait to go again (if you don't all beat me to it!)
