Pier House occupies a stunning waterfront location with uninterrupted views across the River Dart. Arguably the best position in Dittisham – one of Devon’s most picturesque villages – it sits at the end of the village quay, just a minute’s walk from the local pub, the famous Anchorstone café and the pontoon. Yet the unique situation of Pier House – surrounded by large, mature gardens, with an outdoor pool (heated seasonally) & private access in all directions – it always feels peaceful.

A sunny self-contained apartment overlooking the park, just a five minute walk to Goodrington Sands beach. Enjoy the delights of the park and beach right on your doorstep. Located on a quiet street with its own entrance and parking. A very comfortable apartment with multiple sofas and TV's. Above is our busy family home so we're on hand to help if you need us but expect some noise from doors/footsteps. The basement property has plenty of natural light from its south facing position.

Lakeside Lodge is situated on the edge of Moretonhampstead, a historical Dartmoor town that offers a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors! We are just a 10-15 minute walk from the town with convenience stores and traditional Devon pubs. The lodge is perfect if peace and quiet is what you’re after, our only lodge within it’s own acre of grounds including a large fishing pond, the outlook is idyllic and private. Plenty of secure parking is provided for our guests.

Cottage, with Inglenook and Waterside+Moor Views

The cottage is grade 2 listed with flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace and has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.

The Shepherds Hut

Stay in our cosy hut for 2 and try some off grid eco glamping. You will have exclusive use of our hut in total peace and tranquility. The hut is isolated on farm land away from the hustle and bustle. About the half way point along the Devon coast to coast cycle route. Situated in 37 acres of farmland. There is a lake for boating, and pond dipping. You will be on the doorstep to Dartmoor national park. Half way between the North and South Devon coasts.
