Cottage holiday rentals in Tavira

We decided for Monte da Eirinha because we wanted to relax, read, cook our own dinner for 2 days, swim in the pool and do some laundry. We did not explore the surroundings as it is very hot during the day in this area in August (Airco in the room though). It does cool down in the evening and if you rise early you could do something in the morning. We did not see Ricardo but there was a very nice English lady that helped us.

If you want to have your own estate with a pool, jacuzzi and a very nice mini house with everything you need 20 minutes from a beautiful beach and 7 minutes from Loule, this is your place. Stefano is a super attentive host, super friendly and totally concerned about our privacy. He helped us with a problem we had with the car, brought us to the village and left us tools. I highly recommend this site.

Everything was wonderful, the estate is great with its views, orange, everything, the little house had everything and they brought us to a great barbecue, Ana and her mother were wonderful, we really liked it, and the dog of the estate was great, and the dog of the estate was coming to visit us every afternoon, just to thank them for everything, we hope to return soon

What a beautiful discovery! Small authentic perfectly equipped house carefully decorated and nestled in a lemon field. A little corner of paradise within a 5-minute drive from the sea. A big thank you to Pilar for hosting us and for his kindness.

The house is located on an orange field where you can walk and admire the plants, it is easy to find and very close to the beach. The house is very cozy and quiet to rest with everything you need and more. Host Maria was very kind to us, we would like to come back.

Antonio's place was a real delight. It's much larger than it looks in the photos, and it was super-clean and very well equipped. We went as a group of four - my wife and I and our two adult sons - and there was enough space for us to not get in each other's way! Pedras del Rei is a beautiful spot, and Antonio's place is perfectly situated in a quiet spot that is only a minute's walk from the pool, restaurants and access to the beach. Genuinely, there were no downsides to our stay, everything was great.

Thobias's house is spacious and bright. We went in a very hot time and thanks to the air conditioning we were able to sleep without a problem. It's one of the best equipped homes I've ever seen, nothing was missing, perfect for short or long stays. In the surroundings there is not much to do and it takes a car to go everywhere. Thobias is attentive and willing to offer any recommendation. It was a very relaxing vacation, I would have no problem repeating.

Amazing house, amazing location and we had an amazing stay. Kitchen is a dream and the bedroom next to the pool is just perfect. We are coming back. Thanks very much to Ana and John that welcomed us like being family.

Wow! I am sat here back at work wondering why i hadn't stayed for longer than a weekend!? The perfect few days, surrounded by animals, dogs, cats, pigs and horses, stunning views and the loveliest family and new friends! My friend and I booked this stay purposely for the horse riding and we really had the best time, we rode every day we were there and made some solid core memories. The horses are all so well looked after and the riding through the valley is stunning. Thankyou so so much Zoe, Martin and family for welcoming us in to your beautiful home and making us feel so welcome. I am already trying to figure out when i can come back :) Few things to note - I would say you need a car as there isn't anything within walking distance, the property doesn't lock but you are staying within the family's home so everything is super safe. If you dont like animals this isn't the place for you, there is a massive pool, a beautiful view and it really is just the perfect place to recharge.

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The space was peaceful, comfortable, and full of charm – the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and you can really feel the care that’s gone into creating such a welcoming environment. One of the unexpected highlights was getting to meet their three lovely dogs – Nuts, Thelma, and Louise. Each of them has such a sweet personality, and they added so much warmth and character to our stay. Thank you for the incredible hospitality – I hope to return again soon!

Very nice and clean apartment with two balconies. The pool is clean and spacious, the loungers and parasols invite you to relax and chill. There is even a toilet. The apartment is just a stone's throw away, so you can always get drinks or snacks from the kitchen and the fridge. The location is very quiet and the combination is ideal for relaxing for families with and without children. The pool and the landlord's property are beautifully green and flowery. Although Benafim is located in the hinterland, for holidaymakers with rental cars, the trips are a pleasant change from the various excursion destinations in the Algarve. For us, who also like to explore Tenerife by car, it is comparably well located. You can experience the hustle and bustle of Albufeira in 30 minutes. All in all, a nice accommodation with good value for money. We are very satisfied and will be happy to come back.

Great hosts, beautiful property, great location out of the tourist zone. We both enjoyed our stay and would return. You do need a car to be able to get around since property is away from most of the beach’s.

Pedro is a great host! Nice ‘warm’ welcome with a filled fridge. He has created a really nice little paradise. If you are outside the gate you will not expect how nice and beautiful it is inside. The house has everything you need, the kitchen might be a little small, but when cooking at home we used the outside kitchen with BBQ/ grill for the catch of the day from the market in Fuseta. We stayed with our 3 kids and our vacation was great. His paradise is a great escape after a day at the sea/beach. The pool is nice, the garden including fresh fruits (figs, plums, oranges) is a relaxing spot. As mentioned Pedro is a great host, he makes sure you will have a great stay. He makes suggestions and reservations for restaurants, called us on the beach if that bag of laundry should be washed? Although Pedro and his family are staying on the same location (no worries have your own little house) the really respect your privacy. Pictures do not reflect the reality but maybe good that this hidden spot will stay a bit hidden… Thx again Pedro and I’m sure will see you soon!

We had a wonderful stay in quiet surroundings. João and Sabine are super friendly hosts and welcomed us warmly. We found the further communication via a group very good, the two were always available and gave tips for the region:) Glad to come back!

This was without a doubt one of the nicest Air Bnbs we've seen! Maria and Joanna created a paradise with beautiful plants and fabulous living areas. We had such a great time there and already thinking about when to come Back.

Spectacular space in the countryside, with swimming pool, lawn, trees, only the birds are heard. The very clean, functional, well decorated house, was a wonderful holiday!
