Villa holiday rentals in Tavira

The home was so clean, peaceful, and spacious. It is exactly how describe if not better in person. The host instructions were more than helpful. I loved the pool and the seating in the grass area. The driveway was perfect for a truck or multiple cars can fit. The kitchen was fully stocked with all things needed to cook or use for takeaway. Host was very kind will stay again when in town! 5 stars all around thank you for letting us book we had an amazing time!

Incredible space with plenty of rooms, each with its own charms. Well-equipped kitchen and spaces to eat inside, on the patio, or by the pool (looks green in photos but only because of yellow tiles!). Whenever something wasn’t working our hosts were super kind and helpful - thank you for making us feel so welcome in your home! Off-road parking was available but we found it easy to use taxis to reach nearby towns. Just outside Sao Brás so there were restaurants and shops nearby but it felt secluded and away from noise.

We had a great stay. The property had everything you could possibly want. We were more than pleased and have no hesitation in giving a 10/10 recommendation.

We had a great stay at Isabel and Aida’s place. The host was very communicative, flexible and helpful whenever we had a question. The place had everything we need and was very child friendly with all the toys, cutlery and gate at the stairs. The place is 5 minutes to Tavira by car. The only negative thing for us was the hard beds but it is also something personal and might not be a problem for everyone. Thank you Isabel and Aida for a great holiday!

A great house and a leisure area with a very pleasant pool, made the holiday week a beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful two month stay at Norbert’s property. The location has both a countryside and city feel to it in a very quiet neighbourhood. There’s a good view of hills across the street while grocery shopping and great dining options are right around the corner. Norbert is the consummate Superhost. If anything needs attention, he will resolve it promptly. He’s got your back during your stay.

We had a great time at Arthur’s place, the house and garden are exactly as described, it is a beautiful and quiet oasis on the eastern side of the Algarve. Supermarkets, restaurants and beach are in a convenient distance by car. Arthur is a great host and responded quickly to our needs. Highly recommended!

Casa Oliveira was really beyond our expectations. From its incredibly well appointed kitchen with every imaginable utensil to the immaculate bathrooms with really great showers and sparkling white towels. During our long stay, even when the weather didn't cooperate, it was so much more comfortable than if we would have stayed in a hotel. We highly recommend Casa Oliveira if you're just a couple, like us, or a family needing multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. On a clear day the views are spectacular. We would definitely stay there again.

HPaco and Steven were truly exceptional hosts! We arrived during a surprise blackout, but Paco responded right away and went out of his way to help us settle in—something we deeply appreciated. Their home is beautiful, with a lovely pool and inviting outdoor space. While it was a bit too chilly for a swim during our visit, we could easily imagine enjoying it in warmer weather. The location is ideal—just 30 minutes from Faro and an hour from Lagos—perfect for day trips and exploring the region. We’d absolutely love to return and highly recommend this fantastic place to anyone visiting the area!

We four friends had a very nice time in this fantastic house and found exactly what we were looking for: sunrise, sunset, a view of the vastness of the mountains, absolute peace... The pool was my joy despite my injured leg! The house is furnished with great attention to detail, which also contributed to our relaxation! Thank you also for the friendly and helpful contact! After our vacation in Madeira was canceled due to a forest fire, we never thought we would find such beautiful accommodation at the last minute. We would love to come back!

We loved our stay at Terwest and really didn’t want to leave. Everything is perfect, the Villa, the views, the facilities and Sao Bras. We are already booking for summer next year but next time for longer, wish it could be forever!

Casa Leah is an absolutely beautiful property with a stunning pool. We would have no hesitation in recommending this home. The home was finished and furnished to a very high standard which we were looking for. It is in a very quiet area so no traffic noise at all, extremely peaceful both day and night. It was perfect luxury for us as we each had our own dressing area and bathroom. The pool area has everything that you need for relaxing as well as dining, the house had everything we needed as well as beautiful bed linen and towels. Pool towels were provided too. The house was spotless and had all mod cons as well as great air-con and ceiling fans. This was our second visit to Tavira and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the town being a 20 minute walk away. Tavira has many great restaurants and bars as well as the ferry to the beach. Our house was so lovely it was a joy to dine at home! If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay then look no further than Casa Leah.

A beautiful villa with fantastic views overlooking Olhao in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Exceptionally clean and comfortable and very well equipped throughout , especially the kitchen. We stayed with a party of 12 for a company off-site and there was plenty of room for all to gather for meetings or to chill-out in private. The large, heated pool is a real treat and the outdoor area with loungers and a barbecue is perfect for a lazy, sunny afternoon. Graham and Karen are great hosts, lovely to deal with. Casa Colina is a well-suited for large groups of friends or families. Highly recommended.

We had the most magical time at Casa Stardust! It really is a special place. It’s wonderful gardens, which just keep on giving.. every corner you turn provides another tranquil resting area. The kids absolutely loved exploring and visiting the turtles & frogs in the pond & loved making friends with the resident rooster and his ladies💕 The beaches nearby are family friendly and there are lots of different options, the local restaurants & towns are wonderful. WOW is the most accurate description of our days spent in Sina. A perfect getaway from the daily stress and crowds. Sina is pure perfection when it comes to relaxation in amazing surroundings ❤️ Paulo as a host was very forthcoming and helpful in every way. Absolutely wonderful home. The home felt like a private compound that suited my family and I really well! The rooms, living areas and outdoor space were all fantastic and exactly as advertised (if not better). The hosts were great and they used a very communicative property manager for a check in/out. I really loved the outdoor space and we spent many nights grilling on the charcoal barbecue station. Wonderful!

Very nice spacious, well-equipped and furnished villa. Pool with generous dimensions. Located in a quiet and peaceful location with a beautiful view. Located near all amenities and close to beaches. Friendly, friendly, and kind host. We were hosted very well. A little extra: cleaning the house and garden during the week. We highly recommend it.

We spent a long weekend here and it was the perfect break for all us. The villa had everything we needed and was absolutely stunning - plenty of space and lots of activities available to do around the villa as well. Easy access to the surrounding towns and definitely well worth the trip and exploring. The hosts were excellent and any questions we had were answered quickly! Will definitely be coming back to somewhere special 🥰

Such a relaxing and peaceful stay at this property, it was just what we needed coming from a big city. It is absolutely private and you will never encounter other people or hear traffic. The views are fabulous. The pool and garden area is lovely and we spent a lot of time outside lounging. Sandrine and Joao were super responsive. There was an issue with the power grid in the area which they kept us informed about at all times.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Concha; but it’s a house really in a quiet residential area. Very convenient for the Railway Station ( easy for Tavira and Faro) but a longer walk to the river front (15 mins) with plenty of lovely restaurants & cafes. The board walk is a pleasure and the boat trips over to the main beach across the river run all day at 1.5 euros. The pool was perfect & enjoyed our evenings outside with the BBQ. It was the outside space we liked best.The house was cool and dark but had all we needed. Traditional Portuguese. Fridge was good. Very modest inside but clean. We enjoyed bike hire & cycling to Tavira and down the cycle route along the coast. We used Pingo Supermarket. Fabulous choice of fish & meat. No car. Uber for 4 euros with our large shop. The weather was lovely and needed the pool! Our trip came together via Mark our host. His response to any query was quick. So helpful, reliable & obliging. Made our holiday. Thank you Mark.

Highly recommended! Family run business, hosts are amazing, genuine friendly and helpful people. Was an absolute pleasure to stay here! The villa is very spacious and has everything you need, the outdoors dining area and social area has shade during the hottest hours of the day. The pool is lovely and big, the views are beautifully stunning!! We will be staying again and would definitely recommend, if you would like a peaceful and tranquil stay, somewhere beautiful, where you can make memories, this is the diamond you are looking for!

My family and I have just spent 10 wonderful days at Georg's place, it was perfect for the 7 of us. Great en- suite bedrooms with aircon throughout the villa. Fabulous pool and garden. In a gated plot with plenty of parking, a car is necessary. Convenient for trips to Tavira, Faro, Olhao, Moncarapacho and Fuseta, all within half an hours drive. Monika the housekeeper is worth a special mention. She was there to welcome us and was on hand for any problems. lovely pleasant lady. The villa is really well equipped and spotless. One thing I would say is take plenty of mosquito repellent. We would definitely recommend Georg's place for a restful, peaceful holiday. Thank you for letting us stay.
