The apartment is spacious, well ventilated even in the heat, and located a few steps from Piazza del Campo and the main monuments. Marzia was very helpful via message, even though she was not present on site. Recommended for a visit to Siena!

Perfect Stay in Tuscany! Our stay at this flat in Arbia was absolutely perfect! The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful yet close enough to Siena and other charming Tuscan towns. The flat was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, offering excellent local tips and being readily available for any questions. The views from the property are breathtaking, giving you a true taste of the Tuscan countryside. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. It felt like a true home away from home. We can’t recommend this flat enough for anyone looking to explore Tuscany in comfort and style. We’ll definitely be back!

It only takes 5 minutes to understand that Piero is overflowing with attention and sympathy. Nothing is left to chance and his sole purpose is to pamper his tenants. What a pleasure to enjoy the air conditioning after long days in the heat, to be able to use the kitchen to prepare the local products bought, to be able to do your laundry on site. What a delight to enjoy the beautiful evenings in the garden or to have lunch there, intoxicated by the smells of jasmine, accompanied by the songs of birds.
