We had such a wonderful stay. It’s such a unique spot to stay and the host is so welcoming and help us so much when we where going the pod. Definitely recommending this place to everyone.

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

I want to say it was awful so that it’ll be free next time I want to book it. But that’s not fair, everyone should get the opportunity to stay here. Quiet location away from the main roads, gorgeous views from the hot tub on the balcony. Simple, cosy accomodation that was exactly what I was after. Sean was super communicative prior to the stay and everything was so well explained I didn’t need him again except to let him know that regretfully, my stay was over. 10/10, thanks Sean for making such a special place available.

We had a great stay at 43 Degrees! Location was perfect and the scenery was unmatched, well worth the price. Would absolutely recommend.

Exceeded all our expectations, the cottage oozed charm and made you feel right at home. All our needs were catered for in the kitchen. The wood heater worked a treat with great dry wood. The view is next level you could waist your day away looking at the ever changing mood of Mother Nature. Would highly recommend and we will be returning.

A wonderful stay, the spa on the deck was particularly fun for our kids, and we loved the wood fire. Warm and cosy stay with beautiful views of the bay.

Tom and Cate’s place was amazing! One of the best places we have stayed! They had lots of thoughtful touches especially for the kids. They went above and beyond our expectations. Communication was great, the house was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. The kids loved their little surprises and we loved staying there. We absolutely adored our stay at this charming garden cottage in Glebe. It’s the perfect blend of cozy and quaint, with beautiful touches that made us feel instantly at home. Nestled in a quiet, leafy spot yet close to all the best Hobart has to offer, it was a peaceful and warm retreat after days of exploring. Our host was incredibly welcoming—sharing fascinating local history and giving us great recommendations for places to eat, shop, and explore. We especially loved hearing about the cottage’s past and how lovingly it’s been maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and heartfelt Tasmanian experience. Thank you!

Beautiful home nested in the Cradle mountain area , it was a 30 min drive to the Cradle mountain walks . Can view Mt.Roland from the kitchen window and more views from the bedroom . Saw a lot of Pademelons minding their business around the home . Fully functional kitchen and 20 mins away to the nearest grocery store. Sandra is a great host and recommended some real good places to explore . Visit if you seeking a Raw experience , it’s just you and the beauty of Tasmania around .

A unique experience , Scott’s place is a wonderful peaceful getaway , surrounded by trees within a very short stroll to the beach . The floor to ceiling windows really make you feel like your emersed in the natural environment . The contemporary design , well stocked kitchen and facilities in general make for a very comfortable stay . The fabulous beach and easy reach of the Freycinet peninsula make this an ideal place to explore Tasmania’s incredible east coast . Watch the sunrise over the freycinet peaks then go for a morning dip , it doesn’t get much better .

The pictures and description don’t do this place justice! This place was simply perfect. An idyllic haven, the freshest air, skies full of stars, and the most clean, cozy and toasty cottage you could ever imagine. Alison was the most wonderful host - she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed, and she brought us to meet and feed all her lovely pet sheep, cows and dog. We had an amazing time here, thank you Alison!

Mieke’s place was warm and beautiful! The view from the deck area was stunning and all the nature, you definitely didn’t feel like you were 5min away from the CBD. It was fantastic for doggies and felt very safe and secure. Would 1000% recommend this cozy place!

One of the best places I've stayed at - very special location. Only issue we had was a contankerous TV remote which froze and required the unit be reset continuously - otherwise a perfect property.

This was our first time staying in Waratah. It is a beautiful part of Tasmania, being right on the edge of the amazing Tarkine and near the spectacular Cradle Mountain. And staying at Joanne’s place made it all worthwhile. Jo’s place is very modern and cosy. It has all the amenities you need, including emergency food supply if required (which you supplement if you use it). Jo’s place is in walking distance of the main street and you can go through the wetlands to see the platypus on the way. The local Bischoff Hotel serves good food, which Jo put us onto. Jo’s communication was very clear and helpful. We can highly recommend Jo’s place.

Honni’s place is a gem. This was my second stay because the house is such a great relaxation spot. Perfect for a quiet winter (or summer) weekend with my dog, walking on the beach and sitting in front of the fire. The house has everything I needed. Thank you Honni!

Petrea’s place was absolutely perfect! It’s very clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone in to ensuring that guests feel comfortable and very much at home. The decor and furniture make for a perfect setting for a cosy night by the stunning fireplace, beds were extremely comfortable and everything you may need is provided. Great location, great value for money and an overall great vibe…. We did not want to leave. Thank you Petrea!

This was a great base for exploring the Cradle Mountain area and surrounds. The kids were excited for this stop on our trip for the pool and it did not disappoint, a great highlight with a stunning view of Mt Roland sparkling at sunset. John was wonderful with suggestions of how to enjoy the property including helping with platypus spotting and accessing the silver mine. A great spot for families with so much to enjoy 😉

Jodi's apartment is at the best location, vrry close to a great cafe, grocery stores, bus stop and moonah shops. Best thing is private car parking which is hard to find with other air bnb places. You can view beautiful mount Wellington from the bedrooms, and living room gets cozy by sunshine during the day. Jodi was kind enough to give us quick tour of the house on checking-in, and also let us stay an extra hour before checking out. Thank you Jodi for letting us stay at your lovely place.

The place was very nice, not far from Cradle Mountain, a very comfortable little chalet with additional heating, John is very kind, he explained to us very well how to access the accommodation (it's very simple) and the surrounding area despite our late arrival! Thank you John, I recommend!

Great location for family or friends to get together. Literally walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

will definitely book again such amazing hosts and very accommodating assist us with thermometer as one of us started tk feel unwell , not only that very respectful kind people with a butiful air bnb will be recommending to other people who are going to Hobart made our weekend truly memorable the provided pantry and fridge items were more then I expected truly blown my expiation of accommodation

We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The location next to the river was beautiful. The cottage contained everything we could wish for and was very comfortable.

Jodi and Lindsay were fantastic hosts. Their lovely unit was in a great location and even had a wonderful café on the corner for our morning coffee. We were lucky to stay during the Dark Mofo Festival and Jodi offered great suggestions on different exhibitions to see and events to attend. Thank you Jodi and Lindsay!
