It was an outstanding listing with absolutely everything provided one would hope to have and all in the highest quality . With the weekly clean and wonderful hosts it was probably the best air bnb stay I’ve experienced.

Wonderful cosy home that is close enough to town to make exploring easy, while remote enough to be a quiet and peaceful place to relax.

A really classy air bnb. Many look good in pictures but Cheryl’s place is even better than the pictures. The bathroom is luxe, the lounge room is massive & everything is very thoughtfully & tastefully decorated. The pillows are divine. There’s everything you need here, including a heater that heats the spaces very quickly tucked away with beautiful views of the courtyard & its maple trees. Highly recommend

An excellent stay in the most well-cared for Airbnb we have seen. Luxurious, cosy, local recommendations, and host was available and proactive. Many little touches to enhance your stay. This will be one of your best accommodation experiences during your travels. A highlight on the app for sure.

Jacqui was such a warm and thoughtful host! She was always responsive and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the handmade lavender bead warmer pillows she gifted us — such a heartfelt gesture that added a personal and comforting touch to our stay, especially in the chilly weather. The home is tucked just behind the main road, offering a nice sense of privacy while still being only a short drive to the city and Mt Wellington. Parking was easy and convenient right by the roadside. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for simple cooking, and the living room, kitchen, and bathroom were cosy and well-heated. The only small suggestion we have is that it would be lovely to have a heater or an electric blanket in the bedroom for added comfort during colder nights. One unexpected delight was the visit from three adorable pademelons in the backyard — such a treat to see them up close! All in all, it was an enjoyable and peaceful stay. Thank you, Jacqui!

We loved our stay at Wendy’s place. It’s spacious, clean, well located, great kitchen & bathroom. Very walkable to the heart of Hobart and north Hobart. The place has everything you could need for a great stay. Loved the book of local recommendations. Hope to stay here again next time we’re back in Hobart!

Bella Rosetta is our favorite place to stay in Hobart. It's comfortable, clean and uncluttered plus the view over the Derwent River is amazing. Fauzi and Paul are excellent hosts and I highly recommend their unit.

After a long stretch without a break, Brierlie’s apartment overlooking the harbour and historic buildings was the perfect place to land. Everything we needed was within walking distance, great restaurants, the Mona ferry, Salamanca Markets, and more. The apartment was spot-on for two couples. Thanks, Brierlie, our Kiwi friends and we had a fantastic stay.

I stayed at Tom and Pam's for business reasons - it was easy walking to one site and the bus stop was 30 seconds away for bus commutes. Tom was very responsive to my needs. The apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler, good cooking facilities and general amenities. Loved the serene gardens, great after a busy day or an easy walk to the beach as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jacqui’s Studio Three! The space was spotless, beautifully styled, and incredibly comfortable — everything we needed was provided and more. From the fully stocked kitchen to the thoughtful extras like fresh bread, jam, and drinks in the fridge, it’s clear Jacqui goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome. The location was peaceful and convenient, making it the perfect base for our trip. Every detail was carefully considered, and we truly felt at home during our stay. Communication was easy and warm, and check-in/check-out was seamless. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality Airbnb experience. We had a fantastic two-week stay at Filia’s place in Battery Point while visiting Hobart for Dark Mofo. The location was ideal — walking distance to everything we needed, including the waterfront, Salamanca, and all the festival events. The apartment was clean, cosy, and stocked with all the basics, which made settling in easy. The view was absolutely beautiful, especially overlooking the water — such a nice way to start and end each day. And the bed? Truly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in — I’m going to miss it! Filia was a lovely and responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Alexandras was simply wonderful. Great attention to detail. Everything supplied that you could ever need. Hosts very warm and friendly. Quiet scenic location, near to shops and harbour.

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

We had a great stay at 43 Degrees! Location was perfect and the scenery was unmatched, well worth the price. Would absolutely recommend.

We only stayed one night in this charming home but loved it. The maps had a hard time finding the place but Christine gave great directions . It has such a lovely cottage vibe with fun, eclectic decor—and the sheep outside were a bonus! The amenities were great, with coffee, milk, and even a luxurious spa bath. As we were on a hiking road trip, the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. We felt really looked after and would definitely stay again!

Miro & Edinas home is beautiful. Edina greeted us and showed us important features of this smart house & shared information on nearby must sees. The pantry and fridge were a plenty & they’d even bought us a loaf of bread and fresh fruit, which we really appreciated. Even though you share an internal stairwell, it was still very private. Very cosy for the winter with fireplace and heaters and extra blankets for us northerners. The main bedroom has a beautiful view of the mountain; so picturesque especially on a full moon. Thank you once again Edina & Miro, it was truly a delight to stay with you.

We had the most relaxing time at this little coastal gem. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the stunning white sands and crystal-clear waters of Boat Harbour Beach. One of the few places you can watch the sun rise and set. We were lucky that due to lack of moon, we got some Aurora action. One of the most comfortable beds we've slept on, coupled with the sound of the sea was so relaxing. Really comfy lounge chairs allowed us to have the same view as sitting on the deck if it got to hot, cold, windy etc. Great to enjoy the lovely wine we bought on our trip. Sonya was super responsive and friendly. Any minor hiccups were sorted straight away. This place is well positioned explore the surrounding areas too. We went to Marrawah and a few other spots for a few hours each morning, so we could spend the afternoons chilling out. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat. We’ll definitely be back!
