Holiday rentals with breakfast in Tasmania

This is a beautiful place to stay, in a beautiful location. The accommodation had everything that you would need, was spotless, and the welcome pact was extremely generous. It is a great place to explore the island. If we had know in advance how charming it was here we definitely would have extended our stay. One of the best experiences we have had and would recommend staying here to anyone.

Lovely home and very thoughtful host. A very cute house amongst other lovely terraced houses. Lots of food places ~20min walk away. Freya and her family live in the upstairs/ back of the house, but it was very private and peaceful. The bed was so comfortable! Thank you so much for the stay 😊

Great quiet place in st helens. Place was well equipped with things to do and kitchen appliances.

We were lucky enough that there was a last minute booking available, my partner and I were camping and in desperate need of a refresh. The cottage was the perfect place to reset while also still feeling as if we were out in the open as we were surrounded by breathtaking scenery and the most adorable animals. We felt very welcomed as Michelle showed us around the home and gave fantastic recommendations for food and activities in the area when we checked in, and she gave us plenty of privacy for our stay. The cottage is stocked with plenty of furnishings and accessories to make it feel like a home away from home, and the fresh milk left for us in the fridge was delicious. Thank you so much for the most relaxing stay and we will definitely book again when we come back to Tassie 😊

Lynne's place is more than I could have ever expected. It took me hrs of walking around just to see her beautiful Bali paradise and at the end of the trip I still felt like I was seeing something new. It's a wonderland for kids and my very active son didn't want to leave because of all the games and toys available. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and had everything we needed. You have sea views and the beach on your doorstep. Dodges itself was lovely to explore, the community garden was something truely special. You won't regret one but staying here and will feel rested at the end.

We absolutely loved it here! Natalie was extremely friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any queries. The stay itself was beautiful! The gardens/grounds and views out over the river were marvellous!! Would highly recommend staying here!

A fabulous stay. Super comfy bed. Very well equipped house and kitchen. Great location and walkable to central Hobart, Salamanca Markets and Battery Point. Two great cafes within yards of the home. Staying in an historical home just added something special to our visit to Hobart. Thank you Bec.

We loved our stay - as 2 great cafes close by (westside laundromat and pigeon hole) and lovely walking up and down hills to visit Hill Street Grocer for provisions. The stone barn was lovely. Away from tourists but still walkable to everything. Really appreciate the well stocked pantry Eve and Frank left for us - bread, butter, fresh strawberries, coffee, milk, jam, yoghurt, even a lovely muesli was all left for us. Made the stay so comfortable. The sunrise in the morning from the shower window is spectacular!

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! Sonia is a truly kind and thoughtful host—she was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we were especially impressed by the detailed travel guide she personally made. It gave us a deeper understanding of Hobart’s history and culture, and added so much value to our experience. The location is also perfect: very close to the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were a highlight—they offered stunning views of Hobart and let in beautiful natural light. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hobart!

Sandra’s place was a perfect place for exploring Cradle. The place was cozy and it was great that we were able to cook dinner. Her instructions were very helpful too. Make sure you get groceries before you go. I highly recommend Sandra’s place.

A really classy air bnb. Many look good in pictures but Cheryl’s place is even better than the pictures. The bathroom is luxe, the lounge room is massive & everything is very thoughtfully & tastefully decorated. The pillows are divine. There’s everything you need here, including a heater that heats the spaces very quickly tucked away with beautiful views of the courtyard & its maple trees. Highly recommend

An excellent stay in the most well-cared for Airbnb we have seen. Luxurious, cosy, local recommendations, and host was available and proactive. Many little touches to enhance your stay. This will be one of your best accommodation experiences during your travels. A highlight on the app for sure.

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment was brilliant and in a beautiful area of Hobart. Everything we needed was provided and Anja made sure that any needs were met. We hope to stay again!

This place is amazing!! So beautifuly decorated with many personal touches and delicious home-made treats. Everything about it is spot on and in a beautiful, tranquil, country setting. Hosts are super friendly - we enjoyed our chats & walks through the gardens. Can highly recommend it... we hope to be back!

The most stunning incredible stay. Ben’s place was just as beautiful as the photos! We loved the open space and the great read of all the economical features the place presented. It was quiet, peaceful and just what we needed. The breakfast was a lovely touch and we made the most of the extra provisions for purchase. We will definitely recommend to others and be back again ourselves 🤩

We checked in late at night on a cold day, and it was such a nice touch to find the air conditioning already on and the place feeling warm and cozy. It made us feel very welcomed and comfortable right away.

Margaret and Brett's place was a delight to stay at. Margaret was there to greet me and she had left lovely fresh flowers and yummy biscuits for me to enjoy. The location was great. An easy walk down to the cruise boats with a good workout back up the hill after😀 The bed was comfortable with lovely sheets and the fire was so welcome and cosy. I would definitely recommend a stay here if coming to Strahan.

A really cool and unique experience staying in an old bank. The bed was really comfy and the fireplace made the space is really cozy on a cold night!

The stable is a charming, rustic, and made us feel right at home! We loved the ambience and decor. It was also private and had tasteful features, such as a cute balcony, carport, and useful amenities. We were welcomed with delicious fresh produce which was a fine touch. It was a superb experience altogether!

Beate is an excellent host. She is thoughful, provided many nice extras, and maintained privacy while being available. I had the studio for three nights and it was most comfortable, tucked off to the side of the house and very quiet and peaceful. The studio is smaller than the main apartment (where I stayed a year or so ago) but ideal for one, or two people for a couple of days. Highly recommended.

Thank you, Julie, for a wonderful stay! Such a homey and cosy little space, we felt really welcomed. Only a short Uber ride from the city restaurants and bars, our wine tour even picked us up at the door! Will always recommend your home, and if we’re back in Launceston we know where we are staying :)

So incredibly lucky to stay at such a stunning escape. Every detail of the place makes it so unique. Had a little welcome basket with local goodies, made me feel very welcomed. Everything was amazing !

If you're looking for a place to breathe, relax, contemplate, reflect, play, chat and spend quality time with family and friends, Eagles Nest 2 is perfect. With Mt Roland and a big wide sky as the grand backdrop view from all angles of the house, and with cathedral height windows celebrating every inch of the view, being inside and outside feels seamless. Eagles Nest is an experience. All the rooms are themed and the decor interestingly eclectic. The beds are very comfy. The place is clean. The kitchen has everything one needs. And then there's the outdoor spa (where you run your outdoor bath) tucked discreetly away for a relaxing soak. I think spectacular is the best word to describe the view and the night sky. We even saw a meteor shower from our bed which will be forever etched in my mind, with Mt Roland silhouetted in the background and a squillion million stars twinkling in the night sky (admittedly it was 4.30am - I'd woken to visit the bathroom - lucky timing!). So nice!

The accomodation was perfect for what we needed whilst staying at Bruny Island. The bed was super comfy and it had everything we needed. Lyn was incredibly helpful with local suggestions of what to see and do and where we could find food. We would definitely stay here again.
