Villa holiday rentals in Tarajalejo

Stayed with our 2 year old for a week and it was simply beautiful! Warm pool for kids, beautiful decked area, great hot tub for us in evening. Truly home from home experience and everything you need. Philippa was great bringing us a mattress the next day for our toddler when there wasn’t one readily available, she also kindly let us check out late so he could have his midday nap (saving us from grumpy toddler all afternoon🙏) Would book again without hesitation. X

This was the second time we booked the home for us, and we will definitely be back for a third time! Location of the house, surroundings and the house itself are a dream place to relax and let the children play too safely. The house is on the beach and you walk through a low gate to the beach. The communication with Amalia and Eduardo is great, want to help with everything and are easily accessible. Very nice host who understands why it's running during the holiday: relaxation and enjoyment! The combination of the Vila, location, and hosts make this a dream vacation every time.

We don't have enough superlatives for this place. A week of pure bliss. Kim made us feel so welcome, giving us fantastic tips for excursions. It's paradise for kids - amazing heated pool, slide and playground. The grounds are expansive and very private, with a variety of interesting plants and trees. Lots of areas to relax and incredible uninterrupted views, from inside and outside the house. The place has a personal and calming touch - clearly thoughtful and adventurous owners. Lajares has a great vibe, with lots of quality bakeries, restaurants and a well-stocked grocery store. El Cotillo is only 10 min away - we spent a couple of days on one of the beaches there (north of the town with large parking area and a really nice beach cafe/bar). Fantastic for snorkelling and still water, so safe for younger children. All in all a dream holiday. We will be back.

We (2 adults, 2 children 3 and 6 yrs) had wonderful holidays in this house! It was very large, stylish and cozily furnished, with all the comforts you could wish for. The heated pool was fantastic! We liked the village of Lajares and you are quickly by the sea. Communication was flawless. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Couldn’t recommend this listing more! We were a group of 11, and it was absolutely perfect. Fantastic social spaces, clean, convenient - would recommend to anyone! Special shout out to Sabrina, who gave us so many local suggestions, and was responsive throughout our stay - made everything so easy.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The space is bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean – perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villa is in a great location with excellent restaurants and a small supermarket which has all the basics just a short walk away. The main strip is only a 5-minute drive (or a €6 taxi ride), so it was really easy to get around. The outdoor area was a real highlight – the heated pool was lovely, and there’s also a small splash pool for little ones (not heated), plus a table tennis table and outdoor games to keep everyone entertained. There was plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and enjoy. Our host was absolutely amazing – friendly, responsive, and always quick to help with any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely return

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home in Lajares. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly peaceful—exactly what we were looking for in a relaxing getaway. One of the standout features was the swimming pool, which was clean, well-sized, and perfect for enjoying the sunny days. It really added something special to our stay. The location is also ideal—quiet and tranquil, yet just a short drive from the town center and nearby beaches. We especially appreciated how calm and serene the area was; it made for perfect mornings with coffee by the pool and restful nights. Sandra, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, welcoming, and always available if we had any questions or needed anything. It really felt like she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Fuerteventura.

The house and landlord (Jill) were fantastic all round, good communication from Jill and very responsive. The house has a lot of natural light flowing through and it is well maintained and a nice location near the marina, only a few minutes walk down has nice cafes restaurants and a mini supermarket. The outdoor heated pool, hot tub and table tennis were frequently used by us all. The pool table and Fuss ball were also a lot of fun and we even managed to play once on the full size Snooker table too. A good mix of en-suite bedrooms for the adults and shared bathrooms for the kids. The choice of Gas or Coal BBQ & Air-fryer in particular was good. The sea view from the balcony is fantastic, a nice place to have your morning coffee or evening meals. The next town down via a short cab journey has everything else you need including a Shopping Center, large Super Market, Bars, Restaurants and Pubs. 3 families comfortably shared for a week (13 of us in total) and we would certainly book again!

What an amazing villa, it's stunning, sheer luxury with so much attention to detail, everything is so well thought out. The panoramic views are breathtaking. We spent a week there with our family, spent most of our time at the villa as it was just so beautiful. Heated pool was brilliant and aircon well worth it. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The villa had everything we needed and more. Loved the quiet location, some lovely local restaurants close by, the Rubicon Marina definitely worth a visit. The host Marcia was absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, she was so helpful with local information and very quick to respond when we contacted her. We all fell in love with this villa, didn't want to leave and will definitely be back.

Cannot recommend Jen's villa enough. Jen's was the perfect host - very friendly and quickly responded to any queries/issues we had. The villa itself was incredible and had all the amenities you need for your stay. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 baby and we had plenty of space, we didn't feel overcrowded at all. The bedrooms were spotless and each room having their own ensuite bathroom was an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed - from utensils, glassware and condiments. The livingroom was also a great space with card games and a large tv with multiple channels and apps - every little detail has been considered. The garden space provided plenty of entertainment - the swimming pool was a great size and the hot tub was a nice extra. The table tennis and pool table were good fun too. Would 100% revisit Jen's villa - thank you 😊

The villa is perfect everything was spotlessly clean , comfy beds, great size pool, lovely to be able to swim every morning and out door space was great size. 5 mins walk to Rubicon Marina, 15/20 mins to Playa Blanca, 3 mini supermarkets all within 5/10 mins. We ate at flamingo beach in Casa Jaoqion restaurant (think that’s the correct spelling) fantastic view and great food. Oasis bar at the marina rubicon is very chilled with great food. Oliver responded within minutes of we ever needed anything and also booked us a couple of taxis. We managed to locate a luggage storage place which we booked on our last day as had 4 hours to hang about, this was booked online and drop off and collection of our suitcases was very straight forward. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back again. Thank you Oliver

We were three couples in the villa. As a result there was plenty of room (we like it like that) but one more couple would not have been a problem for us. (I'm not inclined to go on holiday with say 4/5/6 couples but space would not have been an issue). Accordingly, we didn't use the downstairs at all and there was a spare bedroom on our floor. The villa was as described. We didn't want a car so took a taxi from the airport (15 minutes). We gave notice that we would be arriving early, Andrea and Kev said no problem. Pool was clean and a good temperature. Kitchen had everything we needed. We ate out four nights out of seven. Three BBQs with food purchased from the Mercadona in Puerto del Carmen were very successful. Went there on the water-taxi and car taxi back from the supermarket very cheap. Puerto Calero marina is 10/15 minute walk (downhill). Taxi back from the marine easy to find at the rank (day and night). All in all an excellent holiday villa and location.

The house is exactly as in the photos – if not better. Spacious, clean, well furnished and equipped with every comfort. The private pool is perfect for relaxing in the sun with total privacy. The location is ideal: quiet and peaceful, but still convenient for reaching the beaches and the island's main points of interest. Check-in was also easy and the host was helpful and attentive. We would gladly return and recommend it to those seeking relaxation, nature and a touch of luxury in an authentic and regenerating context.

We had a great week at the place. It was cozy, clean and comfortable. Unusual was that it was really nicer than the photos promised! Generously sized, plenty of space in the bathroom and a large terrace. Good contact to the landlords, quick responses to questions . Recommended accommodation!

We were very happy with the villa and had a really great time. Everything was clean and well furnished. For our baby there was a high chair, a baby bed and even a toy box. Thanks to the spacious glass front in the living and dining area, we always had a good view of our little one from the terrace. So also suitable for families with small children. The pool was comfortable and there were also plenty of towels available. The location is also perfect, quiet but still centrally located close to many restaurants or to the sea. Communication with Wolfgang and Çoise was also great, very friendly and helpful 😊 We are super happy with the choice and will definitely come back. 😍

We spent 8 excellent days in this very nice house! The calm is what we enjoyed the most, you are in a subdivision but you don't make any noise, what a luxury The house was very clean when we arrived and thanks to Ana and the cleaning service we were able to arrive much earlier with our little girl, we were very happy No need to talk about the magnificent view, the photos speak for themselves! Thank you to Pau and Ana for their hospitality and availability 🙏🏻 Note that the house is in the sun all afternoon and that on the ground floor only the bathroom has a blind, maybe add one to the kitchen? After a day at the beach, we are happy to find shade 😂

Our stay at the accommodation in Lajares was excellent, exceeding all expectations. The house, beautiful and very well cared for, made us feel at home thanks to details such as Movistar TV. In addition, it has a fantastic barbecue grill and a gym that added a plus to the experience. Totally recommended!

The Villa was just perfect & very confortable. We and our kids enjoyed our vacation in Manuel's Villa a lot. Everything we needed was there and the house is very well equiped. For our kids the pool was just a highlight.

Pool cleaned twice during our 10 day stay. Lovely welcome package. The cake was delicious! Very central for visiting places on the island. Had a wonderful stay and would recommend to others.
