Monthly Rentals in Taoyuan District

We used Liu's place as a quick stopover after landing in Taiwan. The instructions for parking and getting inside were extremely clear (even with a video!) and the place was as described. Something I wish I had picked up on is that there is no WiFi. This is clear in the ad but just something I missed!

very cozy home. even though the building is rather old, the condo itself is nicely renovated, clean, and neatly organized. you can tell that the host has put a lot of thought into making it as comfortable as possible. the condo comes stocked with extra amenities such as various toiletries, towels, pillows, and more. the toilet comes with a heated bidet seat and the bathroom itself even has a custom vent thing on the ceiling (I’m not sure exactly what it’s called but it was my favorite feature of the condo) that can help warm/cool the bathroom and functionally dries out the bathroom itself and any wet towels (which is extra nice since Taiwan is so humid and things dry very slowly). trash and recyclables can be disposed of in the basement at your convenience. in addition, there is a supermarket as well as a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart within a 3 minute walk so it’s very convenient. overall I would give this place 4.9 out of 5 stars. this is a fantastic place to stay at.

Amazing location, so many restaurants, stores, and malls close-by. It’s right near the Taoyuan Train Station too. The loft is very clean and quiet. Perfect for what we were looking for. Great AC and there’s lots of kitchen amenities for cooking and baking. The host was fantastic, very polite and responsive. I would strongly recommend staying here!

Alex's place is great, has an elevator, is safe, has a lot of food around, is not far from the train station, and the check-in experience is great👍
