Marouan was very understanding and flexible with the check-in despite slight language barrier (I only speak English and no French). The interior of the flat, which Marouan decorated, looks spectacular, with amazing details such as carpet his mother made! Definitely one of my favourite bnbs, would definitely recommend it!

This was my 4th stay with Kader and his wonderful mother, Fatima. If you need all mod cons, pass on by. But if you want to experience the real Morocco go stay with Kader and Fatima in their village. Fatima's cooking is legendary. If you let him, Kader will guide you around his village and the villagers gardens. You'll see turtles in the river, walk among almond trees and myriads of other crops. You can watch the moon rise over the ruined Kasar opposite Kader's house. It's every bit as stunning as Ait Ben Haddou. Rise early and go sit outside as the sun rises and you'll see the villagers riding their donkeys to their fields, then watch them returning with paniers full of feed and crops. You can't help but feel that time has stopped. I can promise, if you go with an open mind, your stay with Fatima and Kader will stay with you first the rest of your life. beautiful region, wonderful French-speaking welcome, excellent food, traditional mud building, organic farm products. I have only one recommendation: go there with complete confidence.

We had a wonderful stay at Dar Faracha. The local host Mohamed took great care of us and his mother Aicha cooked very delicious dinners for us. Absolutely beautiful surroundings in the peaceful oasis with views of the desert and mountains. Beatriz was quick to communicate and Mohamed helped us out with everything we needed to know around the area! I would go back any time! Thanks for the hospitality.
