Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Reservation: It was a breeze. Ms Raq is very considerate specially that she knew about my in-laws coming with us so she transferred us to a room with 2 beds. Checking-In: Ms Raq greeted us in the reception area, helped us process the check-in and guide us on what to do afterwards. Room: Ms Jackie (comrade of Ms Raq) welcomed us in the condo unit and turned over the keys. The place is located facing the road and nearer the beach and parking. The room has 2 beds with extra foldable bed. Complete kitchen utensils. Pico De Loro Facilities: The beach and pool is great. There's a carousel that you can ride for free and around the place. There are restaurants and recreational area for the guest to enjoy.

What made our experience even more memorable was the warmth and kindness of the caretakers. 💖 Their attentiveness and hospitality truly added a layer of comfort and joy to our stay. The place was great, just a bit of sign of wear and tear over the years but still a great place to stay. It was the perfect size for our family and plenty of room for all of us.

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Place was better than we expected for a group of 15 pax. We especially enjoyed the big pool area and the cozy living room. The kitchen and dining was spacious as well with a 12 seater table. Being surrounded by the garden was very peaceful and they even had zen music playing in the gardens. Really relaxing. Our group enjoyed a lot.

Jen was very accommodating and considerate to our requests. It was a pleasure to meet kuya Diony as well. The house is beautiful, spacious and cozy. Highly recommended to family and friends! 🙏🙏🙏

We truly appreciate the location very accessible, everything is within the area, from food to commodities, sightings to other activities, highy recommendable. The house is great, really a complete package for a group or family staycation. Wifi is fast and amenities are beyond expectations. The host is very accommodating and true...very responsive and kind. Plus, they've got all the great amenities you could ask for, like awesome sounds and reliable Wi-Fi. Seriously, every detail just makes your stay so enjoyable. Booked this place as our prep area for our wedding day. Cristina was very accomodating in allowing our friends, family and suppliers to come and go as the day progressed. I highly recommend this place. Great for family and friends' outing.

We had a wonderful stay at Kimberly’s place! The room was nice, clean, and well-organized. Nanay (I forgot her name, unfortunately) was very accommodating and helpful—her warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home. The internet connection was strong and reliable, which we really appreciated. It would have been even better if Netflix was included for free, but overall, we were very satisfied and happy with our stay. Highly recommended!
