Check-in was very easy and the host was very responsive even before the check-in date. It was inside the Pico de Loro complex and very convenient to walk around. There was a minor problem with the sink but she was very prompt and fixed the issue right away. The place was very clean and big for our family of 7. Thank you so much for a very nice stay!

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

The place is nice, clean and accessible. Host is very friendly, fast to respond and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing staycation

The place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our big group. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. It truly made us feel right at home. A big bonus was its close proximity to both the beach and the poolside, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a larger group!

We loved the place and the amenities that came with it such as board games, dental kits, extra blankets. The unit is easy to find and very near the pool, it was an easy walk for me and my toddler. Jose as a host is very responsive and he quickly addressed our needs. Overall a great experience and we’ll book this again in the future.

We loved our stay! Wonderful place - clean and complete amenities. Gab is very accommodating and responsive. Ate Rhea was also helpful with our inquiries and requests. Pico is such a lovely oasis. We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate 2 bdays. The place itself was great! What you see is what you get ✨ The caretakers are mababait and responsive my slight delays lang on our requests but we totally understand. 😊 The beach is not so great tbh, wrong timing lang siguro punta namin maulan, the waves are big and mej short time lg kmi nakapag swim and there's a ship infront 😅 and my mga trash, coconut husks, lots of sticks/wood, food wrappers, broken glasses but good thing is my naglilinis naman ng beach just be careful lang and wear your slippers. 🍃 Also I noticed the lights on the bedroom sa main floor are too dark IDK maybe ako lang 😅 mej masakit sa eyes maybe make it a little more brighter. Overall I rate our stay 8/10 😍 we get to enjoy karaoke, netflix, cooking kasi complete ang gamit, water dispenser is very convenient especially they offer unli water refill, working fridge and all ACs are working nicely! Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! A nice place right in front of the beach! There are lot of spaces that igood for big groups..and i really liked the long table that was placed right in front of the scenic ocean! Kitchen has all the things you need if you are cooking meals. Rooms are clean and the caretakers are really friendly.. since it is situated in a cove, the ocean is calm and safe for kids swimming!

Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The beds were comfortable, and every family member had their own cozy spot to unwind. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. I think the bathroom is leaking outside. Nonetheless, our vacation was very comfy and convenient because of this.

Overall, it's a good place to stay. Very comfortable and all furniture are in good quality. For possible improvement: - cleaner or new sanitary fixtures - keep the drains and grease trap odor-free (grease trap was so bad) - for longer stays, consumables should be replenished - clothes rack to hang clothes - include new dish sponge for every visitor - do not dilute the dish soap in water. Sachets is more sanitary than diluted in containers. - better communication from host

"We decided on a last-minute staycation at Wind Residences in Tagaytay, and we're so glad we did! Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to all our questions, making us feel right at home. The room was charming and had everything we needed to cook, which was a huge plus. And the view of Taal Volcano? Absolutely stunning! Watching the afternoon fog roll in was also a really memorable part of our trip. Highly, highly recommend!"
