The house is good as new. It was so clean and tidy. Necessary things are provided. The caretaker was so reliable and kind. It's not hard to find the place and it's one trike away from everything you need. We enjoyed are stay!

We stayed in Ella’s unit for 14 nights, we feel safe and we like the people working in the building, they are all accommodating. We are amazed they have mini-mart that sells almost what we need during our stay. My 7 year old son enjoyed the swimming pool. He also likes the couch, that was his favourite spot. Great vacation and experience, thank you Ella!

We much enjoyed Yen’s place. Very quiet and tranquil setting with beautiful view which we especially enjoyed with our morning coffee. Yen communications were prompt and helpful. We would stay again.

Ms. Aileen is a terrific host and her place didn't disappoint. If all Airbnb hosts are like her, hotels will definitely go out of business! We love how her place is literally across Ayala Mall which means you'll never run out of food if you decide to order out but her condo has all the necessary appliances to cook food too. We would like to keep her place to ourselves if we could and not rave about it but I believe she deserves it so much, we want others to experience it too! We had such a wonderful experience with our stay that we're planning to go back, and this time for a WEEK minimum! Thanks again Ms. Aileen!

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Stayed here for two days including Christmas eve. Thank you John Michael and his caretaker Mam Lyn for a great stay and indeed a great Christmas. This is one of the few units in Serin that offers a great view. The unit has its own bedroom and a very spacious balcony. It is very clean and well-set up. You can do light cooking. Maluwag ang buong room. We have two kids and they pretty much enjoyed the whole space. Yung Serin Mall is literally just a stone-throw away. Tapat mismo ng lobby ng building ang Serin Mall. All things you need to buy, quick bites, etc you can go to serin mall. Lyn the caretaker was very accommodating. She was very easy to talk to. Wifi connection is not reliable , to be fair sa buong Tagaytay naman, di talaga maganda providers ng internet. We just used our own data connection to enjoy their nice tv. Malinis , mabango , complete amenities. Will definitely save this property. Salamat po sa pagpapatuloy sa amin.

we had a wonderful stay - the place was truly a respite from the hustle + bustle of manila. the house was well-maintained + we appreciated that supplies were provided for us to use. we experienced a brief power outage on our last night, but we understand it's beyond anyone's control overall, we're glad we booked this place for our Easter break. we got to slow down + appreciate nature. the generosity of the host + the caretaker was the icing on the cake. would definitely come back here if given the chance

I recently stayed at this gem of an Airbnb and honestly, I didn’t want to leave! The vibe of the place was so calm and cool – it gave me that perfect “off-the-grid” feel I was craving, without actually being far from anything. You’re only about 5-10 minutes from the city, which made it super easy to explore, grab food, or just go for a walk downtown, then retreat back to peace and quiet. The space itself was beautifully put together – minimalist, cozy, and with all the touches that make it feel like a true getaway. I felt like I could actually breathe here. Whether you’re into just chilling out with a book or catching up on some rest, this is the spot. One of my favorite features was the Kubo – it really added that authentic, nature-inspired touch to the whole space. You feel like you're in a quiet province getaway, surrounded by greenery, but what made it even better was the modern twist: the audio system installed in the space let me vibe out with my favorite playlists.

My family and I love the place. There are lots of spaces, the rooms are big enough for our 15 family members. We celebrated Christmas in this house and even had a few guests who stayed with us for the dinner. My most favorite corners are the 2 dining tables which are beside huge, glass windows overlooking the Taal Lake. It was foggy and drizzling but the view for me was still perfect. Thanks to Jay R who was very responsive and for allowing us to chek out at 3pm. Thanks also to Rek who was very helpful with our small requests. There was a hitch however, the housekeeper went inside and outside the property at any given time. She was very unlikeable. I’ll write the details in my private message for you. I just hope that she changes her attitude for the sake of making memorable moments in this beautiful place. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It’s private and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. Raffy and Ed were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed, pillows, blankets, and towels were all hotel quality, which made our stay extra comfortable. It’s also conveniently located near Savemore, so it was easy to pick up anything we needed. One big plus: we were allowed to add guests without any additional fees. Highly recommend this place for a stress-free and comfortable stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 2-storey house in Tagaytay! From the start, the host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help since we were inconveniently asked to leave early from our booked restaurant. The location is super convenient, just a short walk or drive from everything we needed. The house itself is spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. Every appliance worked perfectly, and the kitchen was fully equipped, including a coffee machine, which was a huge bonus for me and my wife as avid coffee lovers! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The garage was a great plus too, our car fit comfortably with no hassle. And the sweetest surprise? We were given free pineapples that were sweet and delicious! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a little extra charm. Would definitely stay here again!

2nd time to stay here and brought my whole family with me this time. This house is HUGE and housed our group of 10 and 2 dogs and baby. The kitchen was beautiful and rustic, reminds me of laid back houses in the province. They had everything we needed for cooking our noche buena, and the staff were so responsive and helpful in case we need anything. Loved their food also we ordered from the menu and breakfast was great as usual. My whole family loved it here and enjoyed our Christmas celebration in the spacious living room and garden. Thankful the staff let us use the ping pong table too despite it being in the other house. Really recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay in bed or get in touch with nature and enjoy the Tagaytay breeze, with yummy Korean food!

Our second time here and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will be back.

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

The location is very easy to find. It's beside a mall and a catholic church. The place looks clean and it smells really good. I love it's big TV. Although there was no parking space, I didn't have any trouble because I was able to park my car in front of Carlo's Pizza without a charge and you also have an option to leave it to Ayala Mall for a fee. I would recommend this place to friends.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The place was also clean, aesthetic, and the layout matched the photos. The amenities were also complete and everything was well-organized. Another high note was that the hosts provided Netflix and Prime as well. Overall, the place was great and we’ll definitely book this place again.

Our stay was amazing. My kids loved the room. We even spent more time in the room that outside. Feels like home. The place smells so good and clean. The caretaker was very friendly and made sure that we'll be able to enjoy our stay.

Everything was as described and we had a nice stay. Cecile greeted us and provided us an excellent tour of the condo. She was also very helpful throughout the stay (top notch job). This condo is well stocked and not too small. Internet ~200-300Mbps) and Aircon were reliable. The views are breathtaking! The only cons are that the linens are sheets were a bit old and did not smell good. Additionally, the water pressure was fairly weak. Of note, the balcony faces the road and the sliding door doesn't have the best sound insulation. When a loud motorcycle drives by, it is pretty loud, but overall the road isn't too busy at night.

My friends and I had fun! Room was squeaky clean and super bango! Ate mylene is the best!
